Welcome to my neat and spacious one-bedroom pad in Burwood! Sleeping four guests, and fitted with a living room, a bathroom, kitchen, a balcony, as well as access to secure parking, you’ll be more than comfortable here. The central location of my place will make your stay one of convenience. Get to Sydney’s CBD in under 25 minutes, where you can visit the most renowned shops, bars and restaurants, and see some of Sydney’s most iconic attractions. The Space: This neat apartment is the perfect place for those who intend to go on spontaneous outings, and explore the wonders of Sydney! You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport, with regular bus services available on Victoria Street and Burwood Road, as well as Burwood Station being only a 5 minute walk away. Head to Burwood Westfield to shop, watch a movie, or grab a bite to eat. Moving into the apartment, you’ll be faced by an open space. The living room is fitted with a couch and LCD television. Here you’ll be able to laze around comfortably. There is plenty of natural light that will come through here, thanks to the sliding doors. You can use the curtains should you wish as well. Directly behind the living room is my compact kitchen which will fully equip your cooking needs. An oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, quality sink, and dishwasher are available for use. The utensils will ensure you can cook away and truly embrace the Masterchef experience. A dishwasher is also made available, if hand washing is something that you don’t have the time for. All necessary detergents are also provided for you. If cooking isn’t your forte, don’t be alarmed because there are limitless options made available for you. Head to the Picnic Burwood for an exotic and Instagram worthy brunch, that’s only a 4 minute walk. For all those dining in, there is a dining table in the open space, that seats four people. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. Enjoy a simple home-cooked meal here with company. If you’re looking to grab some dinner locally, I recommend going to Mr Stonebowl, a Chinese Restaurant that truly never fails. This dining table can also be used as a workspace for all you business travellers. I’ve also got quick and unlimited WIFI all sorted for you. Head to the outdoor balcony and take a seat on the cute little wooden chairs. Put your feet up and take in the local views. Calling it a night? Head on over to the cosy bedroom, fitted with one double bed. The bed is covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - you’ll fall asleep in no time! There is also plenty of room to store your belongings, thanks to the mirror cupboards. Make use of the side tables with the lamps as well, should you wish to read a book before you doze off. Additional guests can also sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen and good views are also provided. The property has one generous sized bathroom, with a toilet and bath tub with a shower head. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. After you have a long and hot shower, utilise the hairdryer stored in one of the cupboards. After all of those foodie outings, you’ll definitely need to wash those clothes of yours! If you’re wanting to clean those yolk stains on those white tops, I’ve got you covered with your very own laundry that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. Interaction with Guests: In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Burwood and available for contact by email or phone. The Neighborhood: Enjoy the ever-so vibrant and lively culture of Burwood. You’ll be surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. In addition to the Burwood Westfield, you can also go to the Burwood Plaza, a 5 minute drive, to purchase any groceries from Woolworths. Head to Sydney Olympic Park, a 13 minute drive away, where you can grab dinner from Ribs and Rumps, or even go bike-riding at Bicentennial Park. DFO, a shopping outlet centre, is only a 5 minute drive away from mine, where you’ll be able to score some of the best discounts from Ralph Lauren, Oroton, Michael Kors and many more stores! You’re also a 20-minute drive to Sydney’s CBD where you can explore Sydney’s finest attractions, head shopping at the most renowned shopping arcades, pedestrian malls and shopping centres, or dine at some fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend going to Darling Harbour, where there will be an array of restaurants to eat at based upon your choosing. Nick’s Seafood is always a winner for me, serving some of the most freshest seafood; with salt and pepper squid being one of my favourites! Getting Around: You’ll have access to safe on site parking, which will make driving around Burwood a lot easier for you. You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport, with regular bus services available on Victoria Street and Burwood Road, as well as Burwood Station being only a 5 minute walk away. Embark on a super quick walk to Burwood Westfield where you can pick up all of your groceries, head for a shop or explore the cafes and restaurants. If you’re looking to save some cash on Ubers, or simply wanting to explore the area by foot, walking is also a feasible option around the Burwood area with everything being in close proximity. Other Things to Note: There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance. If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time.
