Wendy's fabulous little apartment is perfectly located in Hampton Court by the riverside and within close walking distance to the palace, railway station and local shops. The apartment itself is warm and has superb amenities with a great power shower and everything you need whilst away. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals or just to hold the nice things you have whilst away! There is only one single bed with another day bed that is made up also. The sitting area has a double sofa bed should it be required but the apartment is really just set up for two. It's lovely to stay in an historical building and has real atmosphere. Wendy's communication was superb and throughout the stay was always on the end of an email should there be any questions. We have stayed in a few apartments in the past when we travel back to the UK and I can honestly say that Wendy's communication is head and shoulders above anything I have encountered before. It really does make a huge difference and is a real confidence boost. Overall I would highly recommend this bijou residence for a stay in Surrey/London/South East. 30 January 2016 - 11:35:02

Once again had a really nice time staying at Rotary Court. The apartment is quite compact with an unusual sleeping arrangement but everything you could want is provided. Gardens down to the river are a bonus as it parking. Wendy is very easy to communicate with and we appreciate the bottle of wine she left as a welcome gift. The location is just about perfect, Hampton Court on your doorstep, with Bushy Park and the Thames as well. Bus stop outside the front of the building for all local trips, including Heathrow, and Hampton Court Station just over the bridge for trips to London. We look forward to our next visit. 21 June 2016 - 15:20:00
  3. This is a really lovely apartment which is furnished to a very high standard. It was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. It also has a really lovely private patio area looking onto the garden and river. Wendy provided excellent customer service too. We have already recommended this apartment to friends. Great location as well! 16 February 2014 - 08:49:35

A fantastic property on the river Thames very close to Hampton Court Palace. We rented it as a base for visiting friends in the area. Very convenient for London with fast trains taking only 33 minutes into Waterloo. The apartment itself is bijoux, wonderfully appointed, has all mod cons, well-equipped kitchen, outdoor seating area, and ample space for a small family (we were one adult and two children). The overall feel is of relaxed elegance. The secure parking, quiet situation, and proximity to the river are all big plus points. From the beginning, the owner Wendy sent helpful and informative emails. She offered to arrange a driver, was flexible over our stay, and even allowed us very early access on our day of arrival as we landed from HK at 0430hrs! we were in the property by 9am. Important touches such as fresh flowers and some chocolates were very much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful setting. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already recommended the property to family and friends. Many thanks! 26 April 2014 - 10:18:57

A lovely studio apartment with handy public transport options virtually at its door. I travelled as a single woman and am always mindful of security and did feel safe whilst there. Wendy keeps the studio beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped and has many added extras, eg coffee machine. I found Wendy a delight to deal with, immediately responsive to emails and queries, I can't wait to stay at her studio apartment again! 05 November 2014 - 22:17:47

Stayed here for a week and the apartment was so peaceful and quiet couldn't believe we were in London! Weather wasn't too kind to us, rained quite a lot but didn't stop us visiting Hampton Court, Mortlake, Kew Gardens, Kingston and Richmond. Parked the car when we arrived (car parking a huge bonus) then used the buses to get around, so quick and easy. Apartment was ideal for the 2 of us comfortable and very well equipped, and in such lovely surroundings. Would certainly stay here again next time we come to London, beats a clinical hotel room any day! 20 October 2015 - 10:10:49

My stay at this lovely flat in Rotary Court supplied all that I needed and more! It's a wonderful location for Hampton Court Palace right across the road, but also for boat trips down the river, and all kinds of exploring. It is also a perfect base for trips to London, as the railway station is steps away for trains direct to Waterloo Station. The flat is equipped with comfortable beds, lovely sitting area, fully equipped bath, kitchen with fridge, HOB, and washer/dryer, and lovely sitting area out back looking out over the garden, which in turn leads down the to river. Thanks Wendy and Graham for a lovely stay; I will be back! 15 June 2016 - 11:54:00

I had a wonderful stay, communication was absolutely perfect, prior to, during and after my stay, I cannot thank Wendy enough for all her help. The location is awesome, excellent access to trains, buses, shopping, amazing restaurants within an easy walk and plenty of lovely scenic walks along the river, in the parks, Hampton Court Palace and it's extensive grounds. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, lovely bathroom with high pressure shower, the wifi was excellent which was important for me to be able to keep in contact with New Zealand, the added bonus the outdoor patio area with table and chairs and more outdoor chairs to sit in the beautiful gardens looking out to the Thames. I highly recommend this apartment and definitely will stay again. Once again, a big thank you Wendy for making my stay so enjoyable. 05 August 2017 - 20:09:00
Lovely and clean!! A very modern interior in a beautiful old building- fantastically placed for hopping on the train to London as we did. The neighbouring towns of Kingston and Richmond were beautiful and kept us busy for hours. Right by Hampton Court Palace which was stunning, we loved exploring the gardens...and tea room! The flat was also right by the river which made for really lovely eveing walks and the village of Hampton which is 5 mins walk away had a great selection of restaurants, food shops and take aways. Bushy park was directly opposite, we took a very long walk through here and were amazed at how tame the deer are. So much to do, you could really use this as a base to explore for weeks!! The flat is so well placed for transport that you could do it all via foot, no hire car needed- a real bonus. The interior was clean and modern- the shower was lovely! It had a nice patio overlooking the river and the bedding was clean and fresh. The owners were friendly and helpful. We would definitely visit again- Thank you!! 24 April 2011 - 08:06:21

My husband and I were looking for a rental for 21 days somewhere outside of central London. We found this property and it was such a blessing! It had everything we needed and the property is as seen in the photos. You can see the Thames river from our back patio. Train station is 2 min walk. Hampton court palace is across the road and all the shops and stores are a 4 min walk over the bridge. We had a wonderful stay and the owner was very nice and left us a card and wonderful flowers and strawberrys. This was a great expereince for us and we will definetly use this property again! I stayed in Wendy's beautiful and luxurious apartment with my 2 daughters age 11 and 16 in July 2011. We had a truly wonderful holiday as there was something for us all. The apartment is exactly as described on the website and more! It is immaculately clean and tidy. We arrived to find fresh flowers, a gift and a welcome card too. (Thank you Wendy) We met quite a few of Wendy's neighbours as we sat outside on the lovely patio in the evenings - they are all very friendly. The gardens of the apartment building are beautiful and, after a frantic day out in London, an oasis for a quiet read in the sun. The apartment is perfect as a base for exploring London as it is very easy to get to all the attractions by train. If you keep your train ticket, you can download all the 2 for 1 offers on the website for London attractions which saves a fortune! We were lucky enough to go to the Royal Hampton Court flower show as well as tour the Royal Hampton Court Palace ( Definitely our favourite place of all! ) We all enjoyed Bushy Park- yes the deer are tame and literally 3 minutes walk from the appartment. All the local hotels, pubs and restaurants made us very welcome and were child friendly. The terrace of the hotel by the river is stunning and we loved watching the swans whilst we had dinner. The shops over the bridge are great for browsing and full of quirky and interesting things. There is a fabulous home and garden shop on the apartment side of the bridge as well. The river ferry to Kingston on Thames is a must do - we loved that!- Lots of "wow" houses along the river bank throughout the journey. Going by bus is easy to do too. Kingston on Thames was more pleasant for shopping than manic Oxford Street in London: loads of shops there within easy walking distance and a very pretty town. Overall, I would recommend Wendy's apartment to anyone who is looking for a safe, pleasant and special holiday. As a single mum with 2 children I was worried about being on my own in London - we are from Aberdeen so do not know the area well. Hampton Court proved perfect for us as we had the best of both worlds - the excitement of the city of London and the beautiful tranquility and safe haven of the quieter Hampton Court. However, I would recommend the apartment to couples of all ages too. The service Wendy provides is outstanding. We hope to be back again in the near future. 14 August 2011 - 20:25:06

Recently returned from our second stay at this fabulous apartment in Hampton Court and we had another wonderful stay. The accommodation itself is presented to you spotlessly clean with lovely bed linen and lots of towels and fully fitted out with all the necessary top of the range appliances. Exactly as described in the listing description. Wendy the owner gave clear instructions for our arrival as to the security entrance pass codes and how to access the property keys from the key box, so all is very secure for your stay including your car which has an allocated parking space. Given the properties central location Hampton Court Palace itself is literally just across the road and is a beautiful place to visit either inside or just walking the lovely gardens. The ferry stops just by the bridge over the Thames which takes you to either Kingston or Richmond or once a day there is a boat that goes right into London and stops at Westminster bridge. The bus to Kew Gardens stops right outside the front door and the train station is just over the bridge and takes you into Waterloo in about 40 minutes. So your car can stay parked during your stay and you can enjoy all the lovely views !! Lots of places to eat too ...our favourites were The Mute Swan 5 min walk towards the bridge, Henry's Kitchen for breakfast just over the bridge and if the weathers good, buy a picnic and bottle of wine and sit at the bottom of the gardens at the apartment and watch the world go by on the Thames...lovely. We did all of the above and it was perfect....here is to next year !! 30 June 2017 - 14:43:00

Actually I give it a much higher rating then 5 stars! All I have are positive comments about the apartment and Wendy! Everything is lovely, comfortable, and secure. The garden is beautifully serene and snuggled up next to the river- perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Restaurants, shops, train station, and Hampton Court Palace are a very quick walk away and London is about a 20 minute train ride. Very easy to get to anywhere you want to go- excellent location! Wendy is the best! She is extremely helpful! The whole experience from booking to leaving the property was fantastic! I will be recommending to everyone I know! 18 May 2017 - 22:23:00

Wendy's flat is comfortable and quiet for a relaxing stay with London a quick train ride away. If you are a student of RSN, it is a short walk to Hampton Court Palace. Kingston is also very close and convenient to the flat. I would highly recommend Wendy's flat! 20 March 2017 - 22:37:00

I have to start by saying that the owner Wendy was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and subsequent emails. Payment is made by credit card, and there is a damage deposit which is standard with rentals. Homes way also charges a fee, think it was 50. There are no surprises when dealing with Wendy, which is good. Wendy was also helpful with arranging transportation on arrival and back to the airport. This is important when arriving after a long flight. This apartment is in such a lovely location. I travelled with my teenage daughter and the apartment is more than large enough for two people. It takes a few minutes by foot to cross the bridge to catch the National Rail train to Waterloo Station, which takes about 40 mins. I purchased a 7 day zone 1-6 pass in an Oystercard at the shop at the station. I brought a passport photo for my daughter and she got a 7 day travelcard at the train station office. If I had brought a photo of myself, that would have been an option for me as well. The Oystercard and travel cards can be used in National Rail trains, London buses and London tube. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials. Towels and linens were provided. We enjoyed sipping on some tea under the stunning Willow trees in the garden. (There were folding chairs that we took from the suite) It is a quiet and secure location. You really must have dinner at The Mute Swan, which is across from the palace. We waited until our last evening to dine there. I think we would have gone a second time had we known it was so fabulous. Wendy has a booklet with a lot of useful information in the suite. We took a boat to Kingston to do some shopping at Bentall's Shopping Centre, just go down by the river and wait for the boat. Schedule is on a chalk board on the end of the bridge. Pay when you are on the boat. It was a lovely 25 min ride down the Thames. We saw a few swans and Canada geese! You can catch a bus #461 right in front of the Hampton Court Palace that will take you to Tesco on Hurst Road (a grocery store) or you can walk 30 mins. You will need to pay cash for the fare as this is not a London bus and just tell the driver where you are going. We enjoyed our stay at Rotary Court and we would return in a heartbeat! 22 September 2016 - 20:54:00

A small but comfortable studio if you are doing an intensive course of study at the Royal School of Needlework. A 10 minute walk to the palace and fitted with everything you need to be comfortable. An easy walk to shops, restaurants and just a short bus ride to the grocery in East Molesy. Kingston is also 10 minutes by bus. Lovely grounds and a view of the river to boot. Landlord very friendly and helpful. 05 May 2016 - 08:16:00

Wendy the owner was great - really helpful and friendly from first enquiry to the last goodbye. The apartment is small, clean and cozy with nice welcoming touches - all the home comforts to make our stay a really good one. Very useful to have easy parking access, the garden is lovely and well maintained and you are a 30 second wander down to the river side. Great river walks in either direction - the walk to Kingston on a nice day is just enough to build a healthy appetite or thirst. Perfect access to Hampton Court (the Gardens were already free when we stayed - so we used regularly). Easy local transport access as well for Twickenham and Richmond or hop on the local train into central London. East Molesey just over the bridge provides a good range of places to eat and drink, we tried the Thai, the Italian, The French Bistro and visited a couple of the pubs. if all of that is too far (5 minutes away) then the Mute Swan is an even shorter walk !! Great recommendation for South West London 25 November 2015 - 14:53:03
