Welcome to my three-bedroom place, that is conveniently located in Collaroy, the perfect place for you to explore some of Sydney’s finest Northern beaches. Sleeping seven guests, my place will ensure you can kick back like a true Australian beachsider. The kitchen, open living rooms, dining areas and bathrooms, will make your stay one of ease and comfort. You’re only a 2 minute drive away from Collaroy Beach, where you can spend your days tanning responsibly and enjoying the fresh salt water. The Space: Located in Collaroy, you’ll be able to get your perfect Australian beach fix. Travelling will be made extremely easy for you, with bus stops located on the corner of Ocean Grove and Pittwater Road. Grab your local groceries from Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre, a 7 minute drive away, which has your local Aldi, Coles, Bakers Delight and ATMs for cash withdrawals. You’ll be living the good life at mine, with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and good views readily awaiting you. Welcome to my tropical paradise place! My beachside inspired interior will lighten up your stay, encapsulating a sense of calmness and tranquility. In the living room, you’ll find a plush couch which you can use to spend your days having nice afternoon siestas. Lie down directly in front of the large flatscreen LCD TV fitted. The TV entertainment unit is nicely placed, and will provide you with storage space should you wish to store any games within there throughout your stay. The compact kitchen is the perfect spot for you to make any meals that you wish. The oven, gas stove, microwave, quality sink, and refrigerator, are ready to be utilised. Prepare a cup of tea and a bacon and egg roll for breakfast, and for dinner utilise the benchtops and whip up a feast. Embrace your Masterchef ways, and make use of all the utensils, pans and plates made readily available. My large sized refrigerator will store all of your groceries you purchase, ensuring that your drinks are kept icy cold and produce is kept fresh. If you’re looking to head out for some dinner I recommend going to Stella Italian Kitchen & Pizzeria, a 10 minute walk away. For a Seafood fix, head to Limani Seafood Restaurant, only a 5 minute drive, where you can relax and unwind as you enjoy some fine food and magnificent views. The Lobster Mornay is my absolute favourite. You’ll find two dining rooms within my household, both providing versatility and different scenery depending on your mood. The first room is fitted with large shutter blinds, that peak into the backyard space. The large dining table seats ten guests, and is perfect for communal meals in summer. Simply open the shutters and get some fresh air coming through the house, whilst you dine with company. The second room is enclosed, and great for cosy settings. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for the meals during your stay. Both of these tables can be used as temporary workspaces if you’re here on business. I also have unlimited WIFI that will be made available for your stay - so say goodbye to hotspotting. The large backyard space is also a great place to sit down and have a meal with company. There’s plenty of space on the tables for you to spread out your meals and enjoy the lovely weather. Run around in the backyard with the kids, or have fun on the trampoline. Please note that the shed at the back and the garage are not to be used. The three bedrooms within my place are readily awaiting for you after those long days spent at the beach. The main bedroom is ever so spacious, fitted with a queen bed, a workspace and small ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a single bed with a LCD TV. Dose off whilst watching a television show, or even reading one of the many books on the shelf beside the bed. Make yourself comfortable in the room, and alter the shutter blinds to suit your lighting requirements. The wide space of this room will also make living out of a suitcase easy for you. The third bedroom features a bunk bed (good luck debating over whether you want the top or bottom). This room is child-friendly, featuring a comfortable couch where you can relax and read a book with the kids before you hit the pillow. There is plenty of storage space in this room as well with thanks to the mirror cupboards. You can also open up the window if you wish to get some fresh air whilst sleeping. The beds are covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to ensure you can sleep off that sunburn. Additional guests can sleep on the sofa that unfolds into a sofa bed. Linen is also provided for this option. There are two bathrooms in my place. My bathrooms will be the perfect place for you to wash off all of that sand and salt out of your hair! The ensuite is a decent size consisting of a toilet, shower and quality sink. The main bathroom is perfect for large groups and families, fitted with a bathtub and a shower head to rinse off, a toilet, a mirror cupboard, and a decent sized sink. The bathroom contains high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, which you are more than welcome to use throughout the duration of our stay. A hairdryer is also located within the bathroom, should you wish to dry your hair or give it a style before you head out again. You’ll also have access to a laundry which is at the back, which includes a washing machine and dryer. I’ve included the necessary washing detergents for your use as well. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. Interaction with Guests: In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Collaroy and available for contact by email or phone. The Neighborhood: Welcome to Collaroy, located in the North of Sydney! Here you’ll be able to get a taste of the Australian beach lifestyle. To begin, if you’re looking to get groceries, Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre is a 7 minute drive away, and has your local Aldi, Coles, Bakers Delight, and Donut King (for some sweet treats) on site, as well as ATMs and a Westpac and St George Bank. You’re also an 11 minute drive away from Westfield Warringah Mall, a large indoor/ outdoor centre where you can shop for the latest fashion, beauty and lifestyle, as well as purchase fresh food. You have an endless amount of beaches to choose from whilst you stay at mine. You’re only a 2 minute drive from Collaroy Beach, where you’ll be able to enjoy the sun, surf and waves! Drive another 3 minutes further up from Collaroy Beach, and you’ll arrive to the scenic Narrabeen Beach. To see some sunset views or even go for nice walk and picnic, head to Long Reef Point. Dee Why Beach is also a family friendly beach with an ocean swimming pool. The strip of shops along the beach are worth the try - definitely opt for some takeaway seafood where you can eat it on the grass area whilst enjoying the views and sunny weather. You could even plan a day trip to Manly, which is only a 22 minute drive, where you can not only go to the beach but can head to the cafes and restaurants along the strip. Manly Wharf Hotel is a great place to unwind and get a pub feed on the waterfront with live DJs and entertainment. Getting Around: My apartment is centrally located that the most exciting tourist sites are just a short commute away from your doorstep, ensuring that you don’t need to spend long hours getting to and from places. Access to public transport from my apartment is also extremely convenient. There are frequent buses located on the corner of Ocean Grove and Pittwater Road, just a short walk from mine. Alternatively, you can walk by foot if you want to stay local and explore the Collaroy region. Travelling by car will be the most convenient mode of transportation, whether you’re driving yourself or getting an Uber. The opportunities to explore the beachside are not to be missed with thanks to this exquisite apartment! Other Things to Note: There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance. If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time.
