The studio is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood 1 block from Baron's Court tube station serving the Piccadilly and District lines. Other neighborhood highlights include the "Curtain's Up," a charming pub with good food; another is one of London's top butcher shops. The studio has a very comfortable bed, superb shower, reliable wi-fi and all necessary kitchen appliances and accessories. The owner , Mia, is very knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommended the studio for a single person staying a few weeks in town. 01 August 2017 - 16:40:00

Very comfortable studio suite. My husband and I stayed here for 7 days, and it served us well. Easy walk to the Baron's Court Underground station, and easy to get to all the the sites and venues. Well-equipped, and within walking distance to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. We would recommend this suite to family and friends. Our host, Mia, was very friendly and eager to provide us with anything we needed. She was very communicative with us well before our arrival, during our stay and after. Highly recommend this suite for comfort and convenience. 05 August 2017 - 19:34:00

We enjoyed a lovely week in London in part due to having a comfortable place to stay. From the lead up to our arrival and during our stay, Mia was most attentive and helpful! She met us at the studio and tried to ensure that we had everything we needed. When the temperature dropped a bit lower than expected, she contacted us to make sure we were comfortable. The studio is in a nice little neighbourhood with great access to the tube and some great local amenities. The cafe around the corner was a great place to enjoy coffee and a pastry in the morning. (The staff there was terrific with the exception of the manager/proprietress who had a most unpleasant way about her.) The butcher shop, as mentioned in other reviews, was fantastic and made me wish that we'd made more use of the well equipped kitchen in the studio. The pictures on the studio's profile are very representative of the studio and its furnishings, etc... It was relatively spacious and certainly comfortable for 2 people. The only thing I would have wished had been different would be the towels. I think a slightly higher quality would be nice but I have often found that vrbo's don't go all out on towels; a small thing overall. I would certainly look forward to staying at the studio again on a future trip to London and would encourage others to do the same. Thanks, Mia, for your kind hospitality! others to consider 23 September 2016 - 22:38:00

This property is a good choice for many reasons starting with its location a couple of blocks from the tube station. The street is residential and quiet so that sleep is not disturbed and the flat provides comfortable, self-contained accommodations. The galley-like kitchen area is well outfitted and, if you desire, meal preparation would be easy. The bathroom gives you a shower or bath (claw-foot tub) option so a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing could be enjoyed. A table with chair seating is convenient. The high ceilings create an atmosphere of spaciousness so, although a studio, it has the feeling of a larger space. It is perfect for two people although there is also a cot available for a third person. There is ample storage space with a wardrobe for clothes, bookshelf (with lots of resources on London) and a unit with drawers with some basics such as a hair dryer. A wall-mounted television, readily visible from the bed or table area, helps to relax before bedtime or get news/traffic updates in the morning. The flat had no issues with heating/cooling during my early October stay. As with most London neighbourhoods, street parking is at a premium so it could be a challenge if you have a rental car. The owners are extremely supportive, attentive and committed to providing support - they met us on arrival to give an overview/orientation and were always available by phone. They are knowledgable of the city and can give tips on how to make the most of your experience. The neighbourhood has restaurants and small stores for convenience needs within a 3-5 minute walk. This property offers great, comfortable value for the money. I would book another week (or longer) stay without hesitation. 14 October 2017 - 00:16:00

This was a great little place to stay in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to the Tube and food shops. An easy tube ride on the Piccadilly Line to the airport (Heathrow) and to Piccadilly. Mia was wonderful and has all one needs in the apt. 01 September 2015 - 15:08:16

My daughter & I just returned back home & already miss this adorable studio. We were here for four nights & staying here was perfect for us. Two nights we made gourmet meals in the kitchen, which was a lot of fun to cook in & well stocked. The other two nights we were out late & felt safe walking to the studio from the tube station. Also, loved that Baron's Court station was a short walk away. Studio was easy to get to from London Heathrow airport. Upon arriving Mia (& Jamie) was so sweet & made us feel at home. From booking the studio to checking out, she is so easy to work with. Staying here is a must, grocery stores are close by, butcher shop, pastry shop, neighborhood bar at the corner. And most of all, we slept like babies at night, the neighborhood is very quiet at night. We will be returning to London & won't look anywhere else to stay but here!! 25 July 2016 - 14:22:32

Our stay at Mia's studio was perfect! Her communication and helpfulness prior to our trip was outstanding! She met us at the tube even though we weren't able to communicate with her that we were on our way! She took care of everything and answered all our questions and went above and beyond! We had our 9 year old daughter with us and she slept in the pullout bed which worked perfectly for us. It was a short walk to the Tube stop which took us anywhere we wanted to go in London. Perfect location, perfect hostess, wonderful city! We hope you like the Canadian Maple syrup we left you! Thank-you Mia! 25 September 2016 - 16:04:20

This is a cozy studio in a very good location. It's close to the tube station and has a nice cafe nearby. I enjoyed my stay there. Mia is very helpful and is a great host. One of the books on London in the flat led me to one of the best galleries I saw there. It wasn't one I knew about (Courtauld). Definitely see it if you love art. I've already recommended Mia's place to a friend who frequents London. 13 November 2017 - 20:08:00

Stayed 6 wonderful nights. Mia was helpful and on standby if we needed anything. Great to be so close to Baron Court Station, 5min walk at best. Apt was cozy, clean, kitchen well stocked for cooking purposes. Neighborhood felt safe and generally quit. We took many night walks to various restaurants in the area as well as to and from the Tube. rick/Kathy 15 November 2017 - 01:44:00

Mia is the best: warm, kind and very reliable. The renting process was a breeze, even though I was really last minute. She was patiently waiting for me when I arrived at the studio. The apartment is very clean and really well furnished. The bed is comfortable and most of all, the area felt very safe which was really important since Im a woman traveling alone. It is located 5 minutes top from an underground station deserving two lines (District and Piccadilly). I enjoyed London so much that I decided to stay one more night which was not a problem for Mia. She helped me through the payment process for an extra night. Thanks Mia! I would recommend this place even if youre traveling by yourself as I was. To sum it up: extra clean, safe and a wonderful owner! Dont forget to try the Curtains up pub just up the street. A real friendly vibe! Once again, thanks a million Mia, you made me feel safe and looked after in this gigantic city! 18 November 2017 - 21:53:00

We've been in London several times so far and each time we learnt something new about this wonderful city and how to get the best from it in a non expensive but still comfortable way. London is huge and it's important to choose the right place to set your base, depending on what you'd like to visit, otherwise you may spend a lot of time with trasports. This apartment had all what a couple like us needed: 1) Clean and well furbished, nothing to say about the quality. 2) It's just 3 minutes walk from Baron's Court station - in our experience it's very important to be close to the Tube, because it doesn't take much to leave but mostly to come back home after a long day. 3) Price is fair. 4) The owner, Mia, has been very friendly and she gave us some good advices (you never end learning) In the end, we had a very good time in a very good place. Thanks to Mia for the support and for the nice place she rented us. 14 January 2018 - 13:14:00

This lovely flat was well appointed, very clean and had a feel of home. The owner, Mia, is an exceptional host, ensuring we were properly welcomed. She answered our many questions quickly and thoroughly, going to far as to help us find a pub to watch an American football playoff game (GO EAGLES!!). The location is perfect, a short walk from two Underground stations and convenient to many locations across London. There a local bakery, food store and wine shop right around the corner. Its located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We hardly heard anything from outside and felt comfortable walking around after dark. If youre looking for a couples retreat for a trip to London, this is it!! 23 January 2018 - 12:20:00

I liked the studio, although dark, due to curtains, as it is a ground floor with bed on main window, so everybody could see inside if curtains were not drawn. As it was very cold the electricity went down, so probably needs more power, but very well equipped. Chose the wrong place as it was quite far from city centre although had a tube staion nearby. 11 January 2018 - 15:52:00
