Clean and cozy apartment. Walkable distance to the London Eye, Big Ben, and Westminster Abby. Loved having a washer and kitchen. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to everyone. Felt very safe. Thank you so much. 19 September 2016 - 22:55:00

If you are looking for a place to stay in central London, look no further! Jamie's flat is situated less than 10 minutes on foot from Westminster and less than 100 feet from a tube stop. The flat is clean and well appointed, and Jamie is wonderful to work with. Take one worry out of booking your next holiday and reserve this flat today! 27 October 2015 - 23:50:59

For a midnight booking, I appreciate Jamie for answering in the late evening to accommodate my booking. As a family (w/ an 11mo and 3 yr), this worked for us greatly. Next to the station, 10 mins to Waterloo station, Big Ben, London Eye and etc. It is a perfect place to walk everywhere, go back to relax and go out at night. It is safe. Nearby Tesco express and coffee shop too. The place itself is clean, has all we need (utensils) and sound proof. I would stay here again whenever I go to London. Shelly was very nice and has explained everything. I would recommend this place =) 02 October 2015 - 18:51:28

The lady who met us at the flat was really very nice and helpfull, so was the contact to Jamie. The Flat had everything you need for a citytrip. It was at a perfect location. We could walk to Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham palace or take the Underground. There was a parking place right next to the House for 8 pounds per day. It was super !!! Thank you so much for your Support!!! 16 September 2015 - 20:28:36

We had a wonderful stay at London, 2 adults and 3 children, 6 days. It was February, and the home was warm (no need to turn on the heat), clean and quiet. There are plenty of places to eat around. Lambeth North underground is in the same block, although you are a walking distance from most places. Jamie was responsive and very accommodating. 12 March 2017 - 22:36:00

Had a great time in London. This location was perfect. We could walk to just about everything we wanted to see and do and anything else was a short train ride away. We would definitely stay here again. 12 May 2017 - 14:56:00

This is the ideal property and location for a stay in London. A one minute walk (right next door) to the Lambeth North Tube, we had immediate access to public transportation for anyplace we wanted to go. The home is well equipped and was suitable for our group of 4 adults. There are coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and grocery options, each not more than a 5 minute walk. Jaime was very thorough in providing all we needed to know for our London stay, both before and on the day of arrival. I highly recommend this property and I would stay here again. 12 June 2017 - 13:51:00

As planned, the appartment is very well placed close to Westminster. You can go to all the Westminster / Buckingham quickly and easily by foot, and access to all London area easily and quickly with the metro close to the building. The appartment itself is well equipped and confortable. If I would have to give one less positive point, it would be about the cleanliness: The appartement was clean but it would required to take time for a deeper cleaning (over the fridge, some spot on the sofa). As a conclusion we have been very satisfied with this appartment and will recommend it. 13 July 2017 - 10:22:00

Our third month-long stay at this wonderful apartment has led us to reserve again for our fourth visit next year. We repeat all of our favorable comments in our previous reviews about the apartment, the location, Jamie and his dear assistant Sherry. While the area was long-overlooked by tourists focused on London north of the Thames, its compelling location has caused it to become a very dynamic area in its own right. There's more excitement in the air here in one of London's "new" inner neighborhoods. We have lived here for a total of 3 months and been out on the street at all hours, without any concerns for our security either in the neighborhood or inside this modern, secure and well-maintained building. We recommend it without reservation. 19 May 2017 - 18:25:00

We spent a week in Jamie's flat and loved the location and the easy access to the tube. The flat is comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is exciting and safe. My two teenagers and myself were very pleased with our choice of staying here. I contacted Jamie once, and heard back in a few hours. If we had any problems at all, there is no doubt in my mind he would have taken care of it immediately. "Best vacation ever!"- quote from 17.5 y.o. son. 14 August 2017 - 22:34:00

We chose this property based on previous reviews and descent price, however, we found it to be quite disappointing for reasons below: 1. unable to sleep well due to high traffic noise levels including sirens going off throughout the night, 2. rooms were very hot even with the fans turn on; it was high 70's low 80's during our stay, 3. sofa bed sheets were NOT changed with stains on them so our kids slept without any sheets the first night - clean sheets were not "delivered" until the next day, 4. carpet looks filthy, 5. only one trash can in the kitchen - should at least have another one in the bathroom, 6. the handbook which supposedly had instructions was poorly put together - washer and dryer instructions had basically "use as instructed on the machines" which we could not figure out how to use, 7. service was poor - had to contact them numerous times to get our deposit returned which took 1.5 weeks. I wonder if we would have ever received the deposit if we didn't continue to bother the owner. The only positive aspect was that the subway station was just few steps away. 28 June 2017 - 06:06:00

Thanks to my friend in the UK who helped me get this apartment in the most central location of this beautiful city, from the security, to the cleanliness, the coziness- to the access to the rest of the city, it was a comfortable stay. Lambeth north tube station is almost under the building. A little discomfort happened during the late check in, which was notified to the owner in advance though, was a shock to my family, rest everything was good. would definitely stay again in my subsequent visits to london if ever. 09 June 2014 - 19:49:22

Location, location, location...right next to the Lambeth Underground station. This flat was in a very walkable location. We enjoyed our stay there. Thank you! 27 October 2017 - 06:31:00
  17. Location is fantastic! Right outside is a bus stop and the underground station. Easy to get anywhere in central London in minutes for the cost of public transportation. Right next to a couple convenience stores that have everything you need as well. We enjoyed multiple pubs and restaurants very near the apartment. Flat was clean and perfect for the two of us. It is also nicely laid out and feels like there is a lot of space. Nice shower, nice kitchen area. We did not like the bed much but I only noticed one other review that mentioned this so it's definitely a personal preference. I'm a bigger guy - 192 cm - 115 kg (6'-4" 255 lbs) so this might've factored in. My partner is much smaller and she didn't like it either but I think we are used to a softer bed, it is pretty firm. One other note - there is a towel warming rack in the bathroom which is a cool feature but it sticks out from the wall right in front of the toilet which makes it kind of uncomfortable to sit on. Overall we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book it again in the future! 06 November 2017 - 18:14:00

We enjoyed our stay at the Lambeth property. The location was extremely convenient to walking to various London highlights. For further distances, the underground right next door was great. The kitchen was also great to have available. Jamie and Sherry were great to do business with and very helpful. The only issue we experienced was a bit of street noise at night, but we got out our earplugs and slept quite well after a full day of sightseeing. 29 November 2017 - 20:58:00

We found the location to be perfect for our visit. Lambeth underground station, just 1 minute away gave us the Bakerloo Line with plenty of good stops and easy access to the other main lines. Just a 20 minute walk away is Waterloo Station where you can get straight on to the Waterloo Line. Well within walking distance you have The Imperial War Museum, London Eye, Shrek's Adventure, The London Dungeon, Sealife and Westminster Bridge taking you all the way across the Thames to Westminster, Big Ben etc. You also have a very good Bus Stop outside the building and there on a Hop On/Hop Off Bus Stop outside the Imperial War Museum for the London Open Top Bus Tours well worth a visit themselves. The apartment is basic but cosy and provides for all your needs and the location offers plenty of shops for the necessities, Tesco Express, Cost Cutter, Sainsbury and Iceland. There are plenty of good places to eat within walking distance and an excellent Costa Coffee across the road for those early morning lazy starts. Would we stay here again? Absolutely and we intend to once again in the New Year and will make this our favourite accommodation every time we visit London. 10 December 2017 - 09:52:00

My first priority is a clean, quiet, safe location for our family of 5 and this definitely met our needs. Unfortunately there was a strike on the day of our arrival which made poor Sherry late for meeting us but she was in constant contact with her arrival time (almost impossible with multiple travel options disrupted; even our walking was delayed by overcrowded pedestrians) which I greatly appreciated. She also encouraged us to call if we needed anything. We didn't but it was a nice safety net. Gave us a quick but efficient tour of the apartment. The lobby door are automatically locked. The apartment was amazingly quiet for city center and I'm a light sleeper (thick walls & good windows). As far as the other building tenants, I think we saw neighbors only at the entrance and never heard anyone during our stay. Rooms were welcomely warm after a long day in the city esp in January. Thankful for two TVs so we could relax and recuperate for the next day's adventure. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies( salt, sugar, oil, whatever else other people have left behind-so I was even able to enjoy a cup of cocoa which was welcome after a cold walk in the rain). Lambeth Station was closed for renovation during our stay but Waterloo station is a mere 5, maybe 10 minute walk so that's another option to keep in mind. Very convenient to getting to the sites-though we chose to walk and enjoy the views. One of the wish-I-knew (but my own fault) is how many options for a quick meal at the Tesco-very nice grocery store with nice fresh fruit, frozen pizza, salads. We did use the Pret-A-Manager near Waterloo station for sandwiches and wraps. Cost about $50 for us to eat a reasonable meal back in the apartment. Deposit was returned as stated. So yes, we would stay there again...if we can get back to London soon! Keeping fingers crossed! 24 January 2017 - 11:34:00
