Offering an enviable lifestyle in a thriving spot, it's close enough to walk to absolutely everything, and yet, behind the front door is an unexpectedly spacious and tranquil retreat, away from the hustle and bustle. Featuring five bedrooms and an expansive living area and outdoor dining area, this is a beautiful home destined to make your visit to Sydney memorable. The Space: Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Chippendale. My idyllic three-storey home is located in the heart of Chippendale and offers easy access to numerous cafes, bars and shopping malls. The University of Sydney is just a 4 minute walk from the doorstep and the University of Technology Sydney only a 10 minute walk. When it comes to shopping, you’ll be right next to Sydney’s Broadway where you’ll find Central Park Mall and Broadway Mall. On Saturdays you can head up to Glebe Market to pick up some trinkets and enjoy some great Aussie street food from our famous food trucks. If you want a good coffee, my recommendation is heading up to Toby’s Estate. I’ve been going for almost ten years and still think they make the best coffee - the friendly staff are a bonus! On top of all of this, you’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport with regular bus services on Cleveland Street connecting you with all of Sydney. Redfern station is also a ten minute walk away and will connect you directly to Central Station and the rest of NSW. My five bedroom home has been recently styled by some of Sydney’s best interior designers and home stylists making it the epitome of comfort and practicality. Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room with designer lounges in front of a large LCD TV ready for you to kick back and relax after a long day exploring Sydney. Featuring high-end stainless steel appliances the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. There’s a gas stove and oven plus large family sized fridge ready to store all your groceries. Complimentary tea and coffee has been provided along with pots, pans, some olive oil, salt and pepper to help you get cooking! The kitchen flows through to the dining room which features a modern European inspired dining table which can comfortably seat eight guests. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay making my property the perfect entertainer’s home. You can also enjoy your meals in the backyard which features an outdoor table with seating for ten. The property features five spacious bedrooms with a total of three queen beds and two double beds. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels All bedrooms have ample space for even the heaviest packer. The bedrooms contain enough floor space plus sliding wardrobes all capable of storing your luggage and any shopping from nearby malls. All bedrooms have bedside lamps to catch up on some reading before falling asleep. The home also features two large and modern bathrooms each with spacious walk in showers fit for kings. If you’ve forgotten your toiletries, do not worry! Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soaps have been provided along with toilet paper. Don’t forget there are also soft cotton towels ready to keep you dry! A salon hair dryer has also been kept under the sink. Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers. You’ll also have access to a separate laundry with both a washer and dryer. If you’d rather hang dry your clothes, outside has a retractable clothes line. I’ve also provided both an iron and ironing board making my home perfect for business travelers and the longer stays. My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend. In summary, my luxury home comes with: + five bedrooms including queen and double beds + a fully equipped designer kitchen + 2 modern bathrooms + unlimited fast wifi internet + high quality bed linen and quality towels + laundry and ironing facilities + backyard with dining area Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. Interaction with Guests: In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone. The Neighborhood: Chippendale is a quiet inner Sydney suburb filled with restaurants and cafes all ready to feed your appetite. Everything you need is nearby. For university students or parents visiting the children studying in Sydney, the University of Sydney is just a 4 minute walk from the doorstep and the University of Technology Sydney only a 10 minute walk. Other Things to Note: There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance. If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time.
