The 40sqm apartment is very quiet, recently renovated, overlooking the inner courtyard of the palace, is bright and faces south and enjoys light and sun all day. Decorated in an essential way, nice and functional to accommodate up to 4 people (couple with 2 children) or 3 friends, a couple or single. Inside is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Berlin: bed linen, baths, everything that can 'serve in the kitchen including microwave, television and the Internet if necessary. Composed of entrance, a small dressing room, bathroom with shower, in the most 'wide double bed, two armchairs, nice bed, then the living area with kitchen essential, all lit by two large double glazed windows to let in light and air at will '. Terms and conditions of reservation 1. Why we do not apply any kind of supervision on electricity consumption but we feel anyway discourage negligent operation. 17. It is not allowed to party, listen to loud music at night, screaming and making noise, take drugs and get drunk. In practice, it is forbidden to take a harassing behavior against the neighborhood. Both sides agree to the terms of this contract 1-19 and the details of the "booking form".

    "The one-space apartment was simple and quiet, in an old building without lift (not good for people with reduced mobility), but fully corresponded to what was advertised in the Homelidays site. It was embedded in the Neukolln district, close to the rather active Herrmanstrasse, plenty of restaurants (mostly kebabs), supermarkets, pharmacies and every kind of stores.   4. nous connaissons bien Berlin et nous aimons y sjourner. l'appartement tait trs agrable, trs clean, bien conu. la dco est sympa et c'est calme. l'accs facile au mtro est un plus ; le propritaire est accueillant. je recommande cet appartement pour deux c'est vraiment idal dans le Shillerkies quartier trs agrable, deux pas de Tempelhof ; il permet de profiter de la ville et du plein air sur Tempelhof. pour les courses tout est deux pas, de bons restaus aussi. 30 October 2015 - 09:02:00

    L'apt era come descritto, con le funzionalit offerte ed inserito in un ambiente vivo e dinamico che offre la possibilit di vedere la citt con facilitit utilizzando comodamente i servizi pubblici inappuntabili che Berlino offre Ci siamo trovati bene e ripeteremo se possibile l'utilizzo di questa abitazione. I contatti con la propriet sono stati precisi e inappuntabili per tempi di risposta e per disponibilit e vogliamo doverosamente evidenziarlo. Negli immediati dintorni la presenza di locali e ristoranti oltre a negozi per soddisfare le ns necessit non ci ha fatto sentire la mancanza di qualcosa e per due persone le dimensioni e le comodit sono adeguate e consiglierei con tranquillit questa propriet. 20 April 2016 - 14:22:00

    Confermo tutto quello che stato detto nei commenti precedenti. Casa equipaggiata benissimo e molto pulita, vicino alla metro. Molto vicino c' anche il supermercato kaiser che tiene aperto fino a mezzanotte dal luned al sabato. Molto comodo il fatto di corrispondere in italiano con il Sig Gaston e di trovare un incaricata italiana all'appartamento. Il fatto di arrivare direttamente alla stazione di Alexanderplatz un'altra comodit, perch uno snodo da cui partono molte coincidenze (tipo il treno diretto per Postdam, gita che consiglio vivamente).     Je recommande cet appartement, il est bien situ (pas dans le brouaha du centre mais pas excentr pour autant), bien agenc et trs agrable. Le propritaire est vraiment l'coute du locataire et prit de nos nouvelles rgulirement afin de savoir si tout allait bien. Il y a de nombreux commerces aux alentours.     "Appartamento perfettamente pulito e nuovo. Molto silenzioso.Situato al confine con kreuzberg, quartiere animato e molto di moda a berlino. Perfettamente collegato con tutta la citt dalla metro che a 2 passi.     "Appartement tout fait conforme la description. Accueil trs sympathique et bien organis par une propritaire qui prend soin, rapidement, de savoir "si tout se passe bien...". Trs propre, calme et trs "lumineux", bien quip convenant fort bien un couple. Quartier (alternatif et sr) trs agrable et "entour" de tous les commerces ncessaires, une piscine et un bon cinma aussi, et de parc/jardins magnifiques ( ex-aroport de TempelHof par exemple o l''on pdale, skate sur les pistes empruntes par les pilotes du pont arien, celui de la guerre froide. Facile d''accs depuis Tegel, nombreuses stations mais bon..., et qui le sera plus encore quand le nouvel aroport de Berlin, enfin, ouvrira.     "Abbiamo trovato l''appartamento in condizioni perfette, fornito di tutto quello che serve per brevi soggiorni. La posizione ottima, e nei dintorni c'' davvero tutto quello che pu servire (come scritto nell''annuncio). Con la U8 si arriva in Alexanderplatz in 15 min circa...ci sono anche autobus che permettono di visitare altre zone della citt (Kopenick ad esempio).     El apartamento es perfecto y todo esta nuevisimo. Fuimos con nuestro hijo de 4 aos y la verdad que muy agusto. La cocina muy completa, la television con canales alemanes, el bao muy bien, las camas muy comodas y el wifi le da un plus al apartamento. El barrio donde esta, es muy muy activo: muchos supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas abiertas todos los dias.... el barrio es multicultural y se palpa muy buen ambiente. La estacion de metro Boddinstrabe esta a la vuelta y se conecta muy bien y muy rapido con Alexanderplatz y el aeropuerto de Tegel (bus 128 hasta Oslostrabe y de ahi linea 8 directa a Boddinatrbe). Mejor conexion imposible! Gaston, el dueo del apartamento, responde muy rapido a los emails enviados y todo, desde el primer contacto que tuve con el, ha ido muy rapido, preciso y sencillo. Recomiendo este apartamento para una estancia en Berlin sin lugar a dudas. Nosotros estubimos una semana muy muy agusto. Berlin es una ciudad estupenda y ell apartamento todo un acierto.     Apartment: simple, very clean, with good light, space and basic amenities. Location is very convenient: blocks from 2 subway stops, many stores, restaurants and grocery store close by. Busy neighborhood felt very safe. Original Schiller Burger and Bakery are in the next block; both are famous for their quality. No street noise, apartment faces an inner courtyard. We kept windows open, so we heard folks in courtyard. With windows closed, it was very quiet. We heard no sounds from apartment neighbors.     Fr ein bis zwei Personen bietet diese Wohnung ausreichend Platz. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und gemtlich eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und direkt nebenan finden sich eine Menge tolle Cafes und Restaurants. Die Nhe zum Tempelhofer Feld ist natrlich auch ein Pluspunkt dieser Ferienwohnung.
