Situated in the exclusive village of Mortlake, my two bedroom boutique apartment is centrally located for you to make the most of your visit to Sydney. Recently renovated with the highest quality interiors, my home is the perfect place to relax and unwind during your time away. My home has a refined feel, with bright, crisp interiors and ultra-modern finishings. Including a sleek kitchen, executive living spaces, generous bedrooms and secure parking, this is a place where memories are made. The Space: Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Sydney. My designer apartment is the perfect spot to begin your travels in one of Australia’s exciting cities. You’ll find no room left behind in my stylish apartment situated only moments from shopping and restaurant precincts, leafy parks and direct access into Sydney CBD. Upon entering my apartment, you’ll be amazed by the abundant light and spacious interiors that flow through all the rooms. The grand, open plan living space features chic fittings such as a premium leather sofa, as well as a large flat screen TV, and modern styles that are perfect for entertaining or before heading out for the night. Soak up the morning or afternoon sun throughout the living space, whilst also enjoying the outdoor balcony and dining area. Moving to the dining area, you’ll be able to fit six guests very comfortably with added room in mind for big dinners and sharing plates! My home has been designed with entertaining in mind - with plenty of room for guests to enjoy themselves. The dining table also acts as a workstation for the travelling professional. Taking inspiration from some of the best kitchens in Europe, my kitchen includes high-end stainless European-inspired appliances and a sleek mirrored splashback. Featuring a large pantry and huge fridge, the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday. Out onto the balcony, you will be find chic outdoor chairs and table that make relaxing in the Sydney sun all too easy. I can promise you that your morning cups of coffee will be more than enjoyable in this spot! The two generously sized bedrooms both feature luxurious 5* hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound night’s sleep, with the main bedroom featuring an ensuite. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests. You’ll also find large built-in cupboards providing extra storage options for your luggage whilst travelling. Additional guests can comfortably stay on the day-bed that is located in the media room, which will fit two more guests. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request. The property is home to two bathrooms and luxurious designer walk-through shower. Toiletries, such as shampoo and conditioner are all included along with soft cotton towels. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink. My apartment also features a large separate internal laundry, including washer and ironing facilities, that is located just off to the side of the kitchen. Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers. There is secure private parking for your car with additional parking possible over the kerb. My place is an exquisite home and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend. In summary, my luxury home comes with: + two bedrooms all with double beds + additional double sofa-bed + a fully equipped kitchen + modern, spacious bathroom + unlimited fast wifi internet + high quality bed linen and quality towels + laundry and ironing facilities + free on-site parking Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. Interaction with Guests: In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone. The Neighborhood: Mortlake is one of the quaintest areas in Sydney and is perfectly positioned to zip into the Sydney CBD for exploring the city’s best sites. The village atmosphere of the area will welcome you in immediately, with a curated selection of cafes, European dining options and boutique shopping experiences available right at your doorstep. Trendy cafes are nearby in Concord and Cabarita, that will tick all your brunching needs off. The jewel of Mortlake village is the Breakfast Point Country Club. Whether it’s admiring the water views while indulging in a glass of something or sampling one of the Chef’s creations in the café, the majestic Club’s ambiance makes for the perfect setting to relax on the water. The club’s facilities include a large outdoor pool, tennis court, spa, sauna, gym and various restaurants. Walking through the leafy parklands of Silkstone Park or along the Breakfast Point Foreshore Walk to Cabarita Park will be the best way to begin your morning on Sydney Harbour. It is from Cabarita Park that you can catch the ferry along the Harbour right into Circular Quay and the CBD. Mortlake village is also home to two renowned golf courses, including the Massey Park Golf Club and Concord Golf Club. Getting Around: Public transport is very easy from my apartment. The Sydney Buses runs regularly from Tennyson Road to Burwood station which gives you direct access into the Sydney CBD. Driving to the city takes 20 minutes and it is a very direct route. There is also a taxi just a short stroll from the front door. You could also walk around, and with perfect positioning to various parks, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Other Things to Note: There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance. If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time.
