This wonderful flat is located just a stone’s throw from Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill, brilliant cafes and restaurants and Lords Cricket Ground. The flat is located in a secure residential block and has one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, kitchen and an open plan living and dining room which leads onto the balcony. This would be the perfect flat for up to two people looking for a great value place to stay, which is still easily accessible to Central London. The Space: The flat is located on the second floor, with access via the stairs. As you enter into the flat to your right is the kitchen. Straight in front of you is the living and dining room and also the bedroom and to your left is the bathroom. This is my home and as such you will find many of my personal items here - I ask that you treat my home with the respect that you would treat your own place! LIVING AREA / DINING AREA The living room has two sofas which are perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. There is also a dining table in here which seats two people comfortably. From the living room you can also gain access to the balcony which looks out onto the communal garden. This a great place to sit on a warm sunny day and have your morning coffee. KITCHEN The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay. There are a variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for. BEDROOMS The bedroom is filled with natural light, thanks to the large window. There is a comfortable double bed which will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. I will also make sure to clear some space in the wardrobe so you will be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away. BATHROOMS The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest. Guest Access: Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in. Interaction with Guests: When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be. The Neighborhood: St Johns Wood is a very affluent area on the boundary of Regents Park and Primrose Hill. There are some great restaurants, deli’s and pubs close by. This includes the Duke of York Pub which serves great food and real ale. You are spoilt for choice for open green spaces. Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park are just a short walk away. These are both great places to take a walk and escape the hustle and bustle of Central London. Regents Park is also home to London Zoo. If you are a fan of cricket, the famous Lord’s Cricket ground is just an 11 minute walk away. Getting Around: This flat is in a fantastic location in terms of being able to get around London quickly and easily. St John’s Wood is the nearest tube station, being just a 13 minute walk away. This station is on the Jubilee Line, which takes you down through Central London via Bond Street and Westminster. There are a number of bus stops along Prince Albert Road. From here you can get a bus to surrounding areas and Central London. Other Things to Note: Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
