Featuring light, airy spaces throughout, you’ll be accommodated in absolute comfort with two generous bedrooms, one bathroom, and a covered balcony with a view, you’ll be able to enjoy the best Sydney has on offer. The Space: Welcome to my newly renovated home in the sunny Queenscliff Beach, 10 minutes from Australia’s famous Manly beach and 5 minutes from the gorgeous Freshwater Beach. With high-class design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat, and is home to the some great restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques. Positioned near the water, my home is ready to become your temporary sanctuary. Located on the 9th floor, you’ll be graced with view of surrounding Queenscliff Beach including views of lush greenery and the water. Inspired by the best of Scandinavian and European style, the residence is embellished with soft light, airy rooms and stylish functionality. You’ll find that entertaining is built into the home, and through an open plan living and dining layout, my place is great for kicking back and enjoying quality time with friends. Featuring quality fittings and superior detail, the gourmet kitchen features stone bench tops, a cook top, stainless steel appliances and generous bench space. You’ll also find a microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher and family-sized fridge in the kitchen ready to store all those ingredients for you culinary creations. Moving through to the dining space, guests are invited to enjoy meals at both the breakfast bar as well as the formal dining table, which seats up to 4 guests comfortably. Full tableware, crockery and glassware is available in the kitchen. I’ve provided complimentary tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar and an additional two chairs have been provided to help fit 6 at the dining table. Flowing through to the living space, you’ll be quickly enjoying the plush L shaped sofa and large flat screen TV. My living room is a peaceful place to be and is great for relaxing after a long day out in Queenscliff or Manly. Sit back, enjoy the views and the company of friends all night long in my spacious living room. Nearby, you’ll find a chic study nook perfect for the working traveler. The open plan dining and living interiors open out onto a glorious covered balcony that provides further space to enjoy time together. The balcony is perfect for for relaxing with friends over a cup of coffee or glass of wine. You’ll be able to enjoy beautiful views from your high vantage point without any other buildings obstructing your view. In the bedrooms I provide double beds and crisp hotel quality 500 thread count linen, as well as enough space to store any luggage or shopping you might have. For additional guests, the living room sofa converts into a plush, two-person sofa bed providing comfortable room for a good night’s sleep. Extra linen and pillows can be provided upon request for the sofa bed. My bathroom provides guests with the absolute best in modern luxuries, including a rain-fall water shower and luxury jet bathtub. A salon hair dryer can be found under the sink. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentary. Outside you can enjoy the peaceful ambience and fresh air on the balcony. You can make use of the outdoor tables and chairs for alfresco entertaining. In summary, my luxury home comes with: + two bedrooms with double beds + additional two-person sofa bed + a fully equipped designer kitchen + ultra-modern bathroom with shower and bath tub + unlimited fast wifi internet + high quality bed linen and quality towels + laundry and ironing facilities + amazing private balcony Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. Interaction with Guests: In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone. The Neighborhood: Situated in the coastal suburb of Queenscliff Beach, you’ll have access to numerous cafes and restaurants including Harbord Hotel and Stowaway Bar. A 5 minute drive will take you to Coles and Woolworths supermarkets whilst a 5 minute walk will take you to the quiet Freshwater Beach. One of Australia’s biggest shopping centers, Warringah Mall, is a 5 minute drive away and is packed with boutique stores, electronics and supermarkets. If you decide to venture out a bit further, 10 minutes will take you famous Manly and Manly beach - perfect for a surf or learning how to surf! Getting Around: Thanks to its prime location, you’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport including frequent bus services just on your doorstep plus on adjacent streets. There’s also street parking in front of the apartment building making driving an option - just get in early to secure a spot. Other Things to Note: There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance. If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time.
