This property is nothing short of amazing. The view, especially at night, is like something out of a fairy tale. You are literally on top of the world in Montreal, with floor to ceiling windows. It was super convenient for visiting the Montreal jazz festival, as well as Chinatown and the old city (all within walking distance). The apartment itself was spotless, and the beds were clean and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. I'd return any time! The owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. 12 July 2016 - 23:40:00

We took our daughter and her family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only had one issue and that was that the play pen was broken and dirty. But Steve took care of the problem in a professional and timely manner. Great place to stay and would highly recommend. 29 August 2016 - 16:48:00

We spent two weeks in this apartment and enjoyed it very much; the view was entertainment in itself, since you could watch a good part of the city from the 39th floor! The apartment was very clean; the furnishings and decor were tasteful. The bed was very comfortable; can't vouch for the guest bed, but it looked equally good and our guests didn't complain! Except for the occasional distant siren from the streets, the apartment was perfectly quiet at night. There were plenty of towels and linens, and soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent (and softener), paper towels, and TP were provided and replenished. The location is convenient; you can easily walk to Old Town, to the stores and restaurants in downtown, and even to the Plateau, Griffintown, Little Burgundy, and the Atwater Market if you really enjoy walking, as we do. The city is pretty bikeable, too, if you'd rather get around that way. There are great bike paths out to Jean Drapeau and along the Lachine Canal and back down the seaway (with beautiful views and a lovely sculpture park). And the metro, of course, is not far (a block or so) if you want to travel a a little farther afield. There's a very good oyster bar just around the corner, and across the street from that is a nice restaurant with an associated pickup/takeaway bar next door. You can also walk (above ground or through the Underground City) to theaters, wine bars, concert halls, the opera, and museums. The grocery store and beverage store are only a block or so away, and if you haven't rented a parking space in the underground garage, there's quite a selection of lots, both above and below ground, nearby. Steeve was very accommodating and gave us helpful information on the neighborhood in addition to showing us the ins and outs of the apartment and building. Though we didn't use it, the gym looked great, as did the pool and sauna. In short, it would be hard to do a lot better than this apartment if you want to be near all the conveniences, but still up in the clouds away from the noise and bustle of the city! 08 November 2016 - 22:00:00

The apartment was exactly as indicated in website's pictures. However, it had absolutely no storage space for the contents of our suitcases in the sparsely-furnished bedrooms, and no room to put our toiletries in the bathrooms. The only drawers were in the galley kitchen. The full bathroom was en-suite, with a combo shower/bathtub. The other bathroom was off the foyer and had no tub. The air-conditioning was very uneven, hot in one bedroom, cold in the other, and both hot and cold (depending on the sun) in the living room. The "pantry" items referred to on the website consisted of salt & pepper cardboard shakers, and half a bottle of vegetable oil. The cutlery would not cut anything harder than butter. My husband, a retired chef, concluded that the kitchen wasn't equipped to prepare food in. The property manager told us upon arrival that the mini-blinds in the living room were "so heavy" it was best not to lower them (it turned out that the cords for all the living room blinds had been tangled and knotted and some of them had broken off and were tied to other blinds. I think it took us well over an hour to untangle all the cords, and even then we could were unable to lower them completely (which we assumed was due to further entanglements inside the top of the encasements.) Other than the stunning views, the apartment was far from luxurious, but it was clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies. Overall, it gave the impression of only a modestly appointed apartment, and not "luxurious." Also, if you are planning a trip to Montreal before year-end, be forewarned that Montreal is preparing for a MAJOR (375 ?) birthday anniversary in 2017. During our 4-day visit the first week of September 2016virtually the entire city was a sea of orange barrels with roadwork, building construction and renovations. We found that many points of interest were either fully, or partially, closed to the public during the rest of 2016 so they can be renovated and spruced-up for the 2017 birthday bash. 17 September 2016 - 01:33:00

4 of us stayed in the condo while attending a conference at the convention centre which was a short block from the condo. We found the condo clean, beds comfortable and the view spectacular. It had all the amenities we required and really as pictured in the ad. Steve was very helpful and responsive to any concerns/needs we had. We found the front door staff extremely friendly and helpful as well. Would stay again! 21 June 2017 - 14:44:00

I would stay here again for sure. It was an amazing spot. You can walk everywhere downtown and its across the street from a grocery store so you can get anything you need there. You can also walk to great tourist attractions and shopping is everywhere. Great restaurants are within a few minutes walking distance. Steeve is very helpful and will answer all your questions about the area. The view in this spot is absolutely amazing as well. 03 September 2017 - 13:10:00

We stayed in this apartment for a week for our family vacation. It is just as beautiful as the pictures. Steve met us at check in and show us around the building and the apartment. He gave recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The kitchen was well equipped for your basic cooking needs. Grocery stores are a short walk away making it easy to stock the kitchen for meals and snacks. Old Montreal is a 10 minute walk or hop on the train to venture further out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. This place was cleaner than any 5 star hotel we have stayed at. The washer and dryer came in very handy as well. The views are spectacular! We arrived during a storm which produced a gorgeous rainbow that was eye level from the balcony. The fitness center is perfect for a quick workout or sauna. We really enjoyed our stay in part due to feeling at home in this luxury apartment. Will definitely stay there again if ever in Montreal. Thank you Steve! 21 August 2017 - 13:55:00
