Enjoy the fantastic Sydney skyline and water views from our privately owned apartment in the "One Darling Harbor" Building. It is a 101 m2 apartment (including balcony). It offers 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite and a HD LCD widescreen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a washing machine and dryer cupboard. The large living and dining room offers stunning views of Darling Harbor and the city skyline. There is a large LED widescreen TV, DVD / Blueray player, stereo and internet connection. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self catering such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. As the building is located at Darling Harbor, Sydney's most exciting visitor precinct. All of the attractions, shops and restaurants in Darling Harbor and the ICC (International Convention and Exhibition Center) are within five minutes walking distance. Spending New Year's Eve in the apartment offers spectacular views of the fireworks on the harbor, city and Darling Harbor. Different rates apply during the Christmas and New Year's Eve period and a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Facilities include a 25 meter heated swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna. Towels and beach towels are provided. The apartment is within walking distance to the city center and Star City Casino. The ferry is just close by. There is security parking in the basement.     We had a wonderful 4-night stay in this awesome condo. We arrived after many hours of flying from Seattle, WA, US and were immediately impressed with the views and location. It is a perfect area for walking to great restaurants and shopping. We were welcomed with Saturday evening fireworks. Australia Day we had the best seat in the harbor for the festivities and once again fireworks. The condo was perfect for two adult couples. It is very well stocked and much appreciated. We found it very easy to get to the train station for a trip to Featherdale Wildlife Park. We had a dream come true by petting Koalas.     This is a luxury apartment in the heart of Darling Harbour. Exactly as advertised, it contains all the modern conveneinces, including A/C, a washer & dryer, all cooking and dining items necessary, internet as well as an iron and ironing board. The view is spectacular and is a great spot for watching the fireworks! The apartment is a three minute walk to either the Pyrmont Ferrylanding or the rail line. With the mall just below us, restaurant and shopping are close at hand. A full Coles supermarket is 10 minutes away. Sabine is a great communicator and Richard was there to greet us on our arrival.     This apartment is well located to the activities and restaurants of Darling Harbour, as well as just a short taxi ride into the CBD or a 15 minute walk to Hyde Park.     The apartment is located within walking distance to all restaurants and shops in Darling Harbour, easy access to the ferries,and was clean, modern, and had all the amenties to make our stay comfortable.     This apartment is wonderful! It has a good design and it is immaculately maintained. It had everything we needed. The view is beyond belief. There were 4 adults in our party and we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. There were dozens of restaurants within an easy walking distance and we used the ferry stop very close by to take the ferry to visit the rest of the city and spend a day at Manly beach. It was also an easy walk across the pedestrian bridge into the business district. The pictures and description in the listing description gave an excellent and accurate view of the apartment.     My young family and I stayed in Sabine's apartment for just under a week and found it to be a real home away from home. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and even had a good supply of coffee for weary travellers. When we walked into the apartment we were blown away by the view of Darling Harbour and the city skyline. The apartment is modern, very clean and tidy, has a great supply of everything (including condiments for cooking), amazing views, quiet and extremely comfortable. It is also located in a great spot just above the Harbourside Mall hence it has direct access to the Mall, Pyrmont Bridge and all of the great night spots and places to eat or enjoy a relaxing drink during happy hour which seems to run anywhere from 3pm - 6pm. There is also Coles supermarket only a 2 minute walk away if you decide you want to eat in or stock up on some snacks. The building itself is very nice and has a good gym, pool and spa facilities on the roof which have a great view too. The free, fast wi-fi was a blessing and allowed me to continue working while we were on holidays.     The pictures simply don't do this apartment justice. It was immaculately clean, and well supplied with every amenity. The views over Darling Harbour are second to none, and I'm sure there is no better spot in the city to view the fireworks on Saturday night. The location is perfect with light rail and ferry at your doorstep, and a short walk over the foot bridge to the CBD. The building itself is quiet, elegant and the pool and gym facilities on the roof are a real luxury, and having parking on site was a real plus. The only thing lacking was a coffee pot/maker, so be prepared to have instant or go across the street to the coffee shop.     We were thrilled with everything about the place--the location, the size, the amenities, the view, and the pool! The photos and description are accurate, if understated. The property was clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. Checking in and out was a breeze. We loved being able to walk right across the Pyrmont Bridge into town, the Rocks, and to Darling Harbor.     The condo was absolutely wonderful and exactly as described and advertised. The views out of the large balcony were wonderful and allowed us to enjoy the light and water shows in Darling Harbour as part of Vivid Sydney. The beds were comfortable, the location as an end unit kept neighbor noises to a minimum, and the unit was filled with little touches that made the stay more pleasing. Fully stocked spices, certain basic condiments (like Vegemite!), local guides, power converters, and basic toiletries make a stunning apartment and location even better. 30 September 2016 - 23:45:42

    This is an excellent place to stay in Sydney. I stayed here with my husband and two kids. It is beautiful, clean and quiet and you cannot beat the location. We walked everywhere from this apartment-the botanical gardens, the opera house, the Sydney bridge, the great playground for kids right near by. I was a little worried that Darling Harbour was too touristy, but it wasn't. The apartment was so quiet and it was nice to be able to go out on the balcony and look out over the harbour and the city. The city lights at night are beautiful. It was nice to have a grocery store and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I do not understand why anyone would stay at a hotel when they can have a two-bedroom, two bathroom, condo with a kitchen and a view.     We were absolutely delighted with the apartment, excellent location, walking distance to everything you wish from restaurants, to shopping to museums, etc... The pool is fantastic, olympic lenght! The owners, made sure we had everything you need when you arrive with coffee & all, and milk! The kitchen is well equipped and provides basic items for cooking. The balcony is large and provides a beautiful view on downtown Sydney. It's well decorated with quality furniture. We highly recommend this location. Just wish I could have stayed longer.     We stayed at Sydney Skyline for a week and had a great time there. The flat was very spacious, very clean and very quiet. The view from the balcony is to die for. The concierge at the reception desk is always ready to help which is great. Being able to park the car was also a very good thing. Communication with the owner was easy. However, we were a bit disappointed when we mentionned that there was no coffee machine in the apartment to hear that it had been broken but that instant coffee was provided instead.     We just spent 8 nights in Sydney and still can't get over how incredible the views are from this apartment. This is a perfect location for exploring Sydney. Very easy access to groceries and other amenities as well as numerous dining options. It's also just a short walk to the city and public transportation (ferry, light rail, and bus are very close). We did have a car for a few days but it wasn't necessary for getting around the city - we just used it for some day trips.     We stayed 10 days at this wonderful apartment. The location is absolutely perfect - we walked to the Sydney Opera House, The Rocks, the Botanical Gardens, Paddy's Market, Star Casino, Fish Market, etc. There is a taxi stand next door, and the Hop On-Hop-Off bus stop and the ferry wharf are all very close by. Coles, the supermarket is a 5 min. walk and there are many shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. Fireworks on Saturdays right in front of the balcony. Great tv, ipod dock, comfortable furniture and beds.     We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy our short time in Sydney! The views from the balcony, especially at night, are wonderful! The apartment was immaculate with everything we needed and close to the market for food. The twin beds in one room were perfect for the two single adults in our party and the washer/dryer was a bonus. It is within walking distance to many attractions and forms of transportation. It was easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. We began our stay with the Hop On Hop Off bus tour of the CDC and a Sydney Harbour dinner cruise. During our remaining four days we visited several attractions including a walking tour of the Rocks District, a matinee at the Opera House, the Sea Life Sydney Aquarium, the Wildlife Sydney as well as Madame Tussauds. The Choo Choo Express at the Royal Botanical Gardens was a nice break from all of the walking for my 80 year old mother and her friend. We had the buffet dinner in the Sydney Tower where the views are magnificent (food just OK), shopped at the Queen Victoria Mall, rode the train to the Blue Mountains where we enjoyed the HOHO bus in that area, particularly the train museum with the gardens. The Opal and iVenture cards we found to be very useful. We booked several reservations through Viator prior to leaving home and highly recommend this company. We did not have time to visit any of the beaches, but plan to do so on a return visit with other family members. Hopefully this apartment will be available! I don't want to forget the men at the front desk who went out of their way to answer questions, store our luggage and help with taxi service upon our departure.     We really enjoyed this apartment and would love to rent it again. Loved the city views and Darling Harbour views. It's a quick walk across the "pedestrians and bikes only" Pyrmont Bridge to the central business district. I walked to the Royal Botanic Gardens in 30 minutes. A walk to the Opera House would take about the same time (but we took Uber there). Kitchen was well-equipped except for the knives. The "chef's knife" was so dull that I had to use a steak knife to saw up my broccoli. Having a washer and dryer -- wonderful! We slept in the master bedroom and used the second bedroom as a closet. The bed was comfortable. The fitness center is small, but it had what I needed (treadmill, weights, floor space for stretching).     Absolutely loved this rental. Had everything we could have asked for, comfortable beds, soft towels, hot water in the shower, washer and dryer, well-stocked kitchen, and the view and location just could not be beat. So close to everything we wanted to see, all within walking distance, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Royal Botanical Gardens, Sydney Opera House, all close together and easily reached. Great running paths around Darling Harbor, too, and the grocery store also close by. So pleasant to come back to after seeing the city to sit on the balcony and overlook the Harbor.     We truely loved this location for our stop in Sydney. The view of Darling Harbor is wonderful and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go or take the harbor ferry.
