We were only half a block to the Seine River. Walk on across and you're at Notre Dame. The Hop On Hop Off was right there and we were able to take the metro to Versailles. The Louvre was in walking distance for a walker. We were. Great restaurants near by, even though we didn't make reservations at the places Quash recommended. We were too unsure of our schedule. When I got home I had four phone calls from Quash saying she was worried as we were so late arriving. Next time I'll be smart enough to take a phone that works in Paris. But who could ask for more kindness. We were four ladies traveling and the apartment was great. Two of us slept on the twin beds in one bedroom, another lady slept on the queen in the second bedroom, and the fourth slept on the hide-a-way in the living room. All four of us were very comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Quash provided us with all the necessities. If you're looking for luxury this isn't it. But if you want a nice place with comfort, location and necessities, this is the place. Check out was a snap. I couldn't recommend this place more. 12 June 2016 - 02:16:00

This bright, spacious apartment was perfect for me and my two daughters for our week in Paris. The location was greatjust across the bridge from Notre Dame, and a short walk to St. Michel Metro/RER stop for easy access to all the other sights in Paris. The owners were very kind and responsive, gave plenty of information about the neighborhood (markets, bakeries, restaurants, etc.), and tips on how to navigate Paris and save money in the process. The owner had extra time when I arrived, and even showed me to the Tourism office to help me buy my Paris Museum Pass! When a storm knocked out the wifi for a few hours, they offered to come and check on it immediately (easy fix by the push of a button :). ) The apartment was clean and well-maintained, we were glad to have a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to eat some or our meals in. It had plenty of roomwould easily work for 6 people, and I will recommend it to others and would stay here again! 06 June 2016 - 21:50:14

We spent four nights at this well-located, very safe apartment. A lift is available to take you to the front door and the apartment is clean and well equipped with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and wi-fi. We had the beds made up as two king-size beds: one in each bedroom. The hosts welcomed us and provided instructions for using the appliances. They had also prepared a very helpful notebook of information about the area and where to find grocers, boulangeries, restaurants, etc. The apartment is close to the Metro and buses and a quick walk over the Seine gets you to Notre Dame! I would definitely recommend this property. 31 May 2016 - 16:42:00

This property was perfectly located, super clean, secure and made for a wonderful visit to Paris. Our hosts truly cared about informing us regarding the best ways to experience Paris. We were greeted graciously and felt at ease immediately with where we were staying and in whose home. We would definately stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful experience! 18 August 2017 - 00:46:00

This apartment is in a great location. You can walk to Notre Dame and to many restaurants and stores. We chose to take the hop on hop off bus to the Eiffel Tower, as well as the other monuments, but for those who like to walk, you could walk to those as well. The apartment was much larger than we were expecting. There was a nice sized living room and kitchen and two big bedrooms. The bathroom was nice, and had a separate room for the toilet, which I appreciated. The apartment was very clean. Quach was there to greet us when we arrived and was extremely helpful, showing us how to operate the stove, washer and dryer, as well as other things within the apartment. I also had a medical issue while staying in Paris and Quach was quick to answer my texts and offer help, which I greatly appreciated! Communication with Quach prior to our arrival was also excellent! I highly recommend this apartment, and if I travel to Paris again, I would definitely stay here. 18 July 2017 - 20:26:00

We really enjoyed our stay at Quach's flat. Quach was very responsive before our trip answering the questions we had. Here's some positives and negatives for future travelers. We took Uber in from the airport, which was perfect. The train does drop you off close to the flat but with four of us, Uber or Taxi was more efficient. Quach's daughter met us at the flat and showed us the basics. The location is outstanding with Notre Dame across the river and the Louvre only a short 15 minute walk. We also walked to the Eifel Tower, which was just over 2 miles. The flat is in the Latin Quarter, which has many great shops and places to eat. So, you really can't beat the location. The flat itself is nice. Has an elevator but we always took the stairs up the two floors. Two small bedrooms and a separate shower and a toilet. For four of us, the one bathroom okay. The only downside was the noise in the morning at 7 am between garbage trucks and construction. And, the air conditioner is in the living room with fans in each bedroom. It was a bit hot while we were visiting so the fans really didn't cool it off too much. I'm sure it much better on cooler nights. So, overall, we really enjoyed the flat. 04 September 2017 - 15:15:00

We (4 adults) stayed at this apartment and were very happy with the accommodations. The apartment had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. There was enough utensils, dishes and pots and pans for any kind of meal prep. Shopping for groceries is very convenient. There is a great local market on Saturday and another week day. Location was perfect for using the Big Bus and Metro. Notre Dame really is just around the corner. An unbelievable number of restaurants are just a short walk away. There are so many, we nicknamed it "food land" Quach and Chau were very helpful in providing all the information we needed for the area and were more than happy for us to contact them if need be. We would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely return if we go to Paris again. 12 September 2017 - 07:44:00

Really great and perfect apartment for our family. The building is very historic, and on one of the oldest streets in Paris, but the apartment is totally renovated and modern. People who have stayed in older apartments that have been not nearly as well renovated, will appreciate the availability of things like ample electricity, and a large shower and bath with plenty of water pressure. The apartment itself is huge by Parisian standards, and could reality accommodate a family of six or more. The street is very quiet, even though it is so near to Notre Dame and the cafe's and bard of the left bank. There are more restaurants, bars, cafe's and shops within a five minute walk than you could visit in a year. The building is very secure, and impeccably clean. The owners were wonderful, and so gracious they even met us at the airport with metro and museum passes, and let us gain entry early so we could clean and rest-up after a long overnight flight. I wouldn't imagine staying anyplace else on out next trip to Paris. 10 July 2016 - 20:22:17

The flat is wonderful and the host is helpful and attentive. The flat is clean and well furnished for a vacation stay. The living room has a separate door, so if you could utilize the sleeper sofa with some privacy. The washer dryer was great. The host even provides the washing machine soap. The flat has a portable AC unit, but on my hot July weekend I found the flat cool enough without it. The metro, bakery, and grocery store are all nearby. I love the vegetarian restaurant below the flat. In block you are in the middle of tourist excitement, but the flat itself is on a more peaceful side street. With Notre Dame block away, you are close to many attractions. It was also great for wandering the streets, as I knew I could find my way to the flat if I just found Notre Dame. While my friends were using Here and Google maps on their cell phones, I had only a central Paris map put my cell phone away. The host will meet you at the flat and make sure you are oriented to the apartment and to the city transportation options. She will also tell you how to get a 7-day Metro pass, but it requires a small passport type photo. I highly recommend you pack one if you will be in Paris over 3 days and utilizing the Metro. Book your Eiffel tower tickets from home 3-4 months in advancejust keep checking the website to see when your dates open up. FYI, I had friends cancel due to medical reasons. I didnt give away their pre-paid Eiffel tower tickets because they say an ID may be required. The Eiffel staff never checked my ID, and the elevator time seemed more of a suggestion than a set thing, so dont sweat it getting there exactly on time. Of note, this is Paris. The city is loud and people smoke. The bedrooms are off the main street, so they are a relatively quiet at night, which was very nice. There is also a fan in the bedroom, for white noise if you are sensitive to noise. Outside the bedrooms there is a terrace below. People do smoke on the terrace intermittently. I opened kitchen, living room, and bathroom windows and kept bedroom window closed, assuming cigarette smoke would be an issue otherwise. This worked very well with the fan. 25 July 2016 - 18:43:22

My wife and two daughters (a teen and a pre-teen) stayed in this comfortable apt earlier this month! This was our first experience with vacation rentals and we were apprehensive about what to expect. Right off the bat, from the time, I booked this place, the owner Mrs Quach (who goes by the first name of Chang), interacted with me via email, providing valuable inputs which assisted us in planning for the trip. She advised us to bring photos to paste on the metro pass, how to obtain a local sim for my mobile phone, how much should a taxi charge us from the train station etc. I also spoke to her a couple of times before our arrival and she listened patiently to my multiple questions before responding with all the details I needed. Upon arrival, we were welcomed into the apt with a refreshing glass of fruit juice, while she spent almost 45 minutes walking us through the apt and showing how things worked. During this time she also showed us different brochures guiding us about travel and things to see etc. Thereafter, she walked down with us to show us the shops that sold sim cards and also walked us to show the location of the nearest metro station. Even hotels don't provide such personalized welcome (despite your preferred member status). The apt in itself was very clean and very spacious. The kitchen is just perfect to have a quick breakfast before setting out for the day or reheat your leftover restaurant dinner from the previous night. The washing machine is a boon with kids. The building in itself is extremely safe and secure. There's an elevator, should you not feel like climbing the stairs. The location is just perfect. Notre Dame is 2 minutes away. (A hotel next door charged 700 Euros a night in this location!). You can walk to various sight seeing locations or take the metro. The Latin quarter a few blocks away, is always abuzz with life. The bakeries all around, are to die for. The cafes around the apt are just what you need to sit and relax and watch people go by. Did I mention that the famous lock "bridge" which is not a bridge anymore (they moved the locks to a new location), is also walking distance from the apartment? After a long day of walking & sight-seeing, we just loved coming back to this apt and relax & re-charge (both ourselves & our gadgets) for the next day. Thank you Chang! Our first visit to Paris was indeed a wonderful experience, thanks to you. We hope to be back! 30 August 2016 - 17:55:58

Family of 5. Children aged 8/11/13. Perfect location. Very clean, simple and quiet. More than enough space to relax. Owner is very helpful and takes pride in her apartment. Within walking distance to everything you could want in Paris. I would definitely stay here again. 30 August 2016 - 22:03:41

The owner of this apartment was easy to work with and very helpful. They met us at the apartment upon arrival and offered many helpful tips for finding our way around Paris. The apartment building was very secure and quiet. Great 2 bedroom apartment with queen sized beds in each bedroom and the option of a double sized pull out couch in the living room. One bath with a washer and dryer also. We were a group of 6 adults and the apartment worked well for us for a four night stay. The apartment is located within one minute of Notre Dame by walking and is in a fantastic location to take day trips to many sights throughout Paris. Easy access to the Metro. A parking garage was located a few minutes away but fills up quickly. Make reservations for parking. I would highly recommend this apartment. 30 October 2016 - 02:17:01

This flat was wonderful, the location was unbeatable and Quach was the perfect host! Quach met us upon arrival and walked us into the apartment to show us around. She explained how everything worked which saved me a lot of time and mental health later on. She explained where to find stores, trains, tickets for the metro. She is so knowledgeable, she should really write her own, "How to Visit Paris" book!! Quach left us numbers to reach her in case we had any problems or questions (which we did not). The apartment was clean and fresh and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My family of 5 (two adults and 3 tweens) stayed for three nights. The flat was located right around the corner of the Notre Dame and steps away from tour bus stops, restaurants, the metro, and shops. Along with this great location came a little noise, but that is to be expected when sleeping in the heart of one of the world's most visited cities. I highly recommend any property Quach has to offer as I am sure you will receive quality service. 27 October 2017 - 13:48:00

Dam and Chou were wonderful to work with. The cleanest VRBO weve ever stayed in. So many great nearby restaurants. Located near the bus and metro hub to get anywhere in the city. Recommend this 2 BR unit to everyone. 23 October 2017 - 16:42:00

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this two-bedroom, spacious apartment. It is very well equipped and in the heart of the Latin Quarter. From here you have easy access to the Ile St Louis, the Marais and Louvre, and all the restaurants and shopping that the St Germain area offers. We walked almost everywhere and Ubered where we could not walk to, but Madame Quach was kind enough to make a Navigo pass available for each of us. She and her husband are very helpful and leave you tons of information about everything you need to know about Paris. The apartment is incorrectly listed as in the 18th Arr - it is definitely in the 5th! I would stay here again - very good value for money, spotlessly clean (at least when we arrived!) and extremely well equipped. 18 October 2017 - 08:29:00

This property is easily accessible by water, bus, metro, or on foot. It has two generously-sized bedrooms, is fully equipped (washer/dryer, all kitchen accessories), a full kitchen, two half baths, and a large living area. It could benefit from a couple comfortable chairs in the living area, for weary travelers after a long day. (There's one sofa and a table with four chairs - great for dinner or playing cards.) The hostess, Quach, couldn't have been more helpful. And right outside the door- we were steps from Notre Dame, steps from multiple fabulous restaurant, brasseries, boulangeries, fromageries. Fabulous vacation - thanks Quach. 08 November 2017 - 20:33:00
