The apartment was excellent with all amenities, facilities layout and location as described on the website. In fact better. The property appears to be newly renovated and has been tastefully completed. The welcome was perfect, Miguel described everything in infinite detail. My wife and I think this was 6 star accommodation. Close to transport, restaurants, bars and within walking distance of many of the major Paris attractions, including the Louvre, Notre Dame, Pompidou Centre, Place de la Concorde and Av des Champs Elysees. This property and it's location was no doubt the reason we had our best ever visit to Paris, our 4th. We will be back. Thank you Vincent and Miguel. 09 November 2015 - 05:44:24

What a fantastic apartment and the location, nothing short of perfect. A modern well designed apartment in Le Marais, what more can you ask for. Everything at your doorstep, shops, restaurants, bars, public transport and within walking distance of the Pompidou Centre, Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Notre Dame and many more. This will be our home away from home in the future. From the time we were greeted at the apartment by Miguel and shown all the facilities to the time we left, after 6 nights, everything was as described on the website. Thank you Vincent and Miguel. 09 November 2015 - 19:26:36

The best location possible with restaurants, shops, a few steps away. As a 76 year old female I felt safe even in the evening. Being on a quiet side street made it unbelievably quiet. The first floor setting was a relief as there seem to be enough stairs on the Metro. It was perfect . I will come back for sure . Marganne Clay, Hansville WA USA 07 January 2016 - 00:02:00

The apartment was well presented, Miguel was waiting for us and delivered a comprehensive induction and some helpful local advice. A modern and spacious property with all the amenities. Located in central Paris, a restaurant/bar 50 metres away., great place to stay. 08 October 2017 - 19:12:00

This is a modern, well-appointed apartment in one of the hottest areas of Paris, Le Marais. It was spacious enough to spread out, with a nice-sized combination living/dining/kitchen area, and a good-sized modern bathroom with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Very clean! Appliances and fixtures are newer and in good working order. It's always a challenge for me to operate the combination washer/dryer you find in France, but the agency's representatives, both Miguel--who met us right on time for check-in--and a second gentleman who answered our distress call on a Saturday morning about the WiFi (all taken care of, and the WiFi is strong and fast) were very helpful, kind, friendly and quick to respond. The owner/agent Vincent is fantastic to deal with! This apartment, like the majority of apartments in Paris, does not have air conditioning; but there were two fans which helped greatly to offset the effects of the heatwave we experienced while there. Though the apartment does not get direct sun, I suggest keeping the black-out curtains drawn during the day, then opening the windows and turning on the fans when you return to cool down the apartment rather quickly. The furnishings were very nice, with a lovely, high-quality thick duvet on the bed, which we removed and replaced with only a top sheet so that we could sleep more comfortably. The mattress was very comfortable, the pillows were excellent, and the sheets were high thread-count and had just the right feeling of soft. Bath and hand towels (bring your own washcloths or lufas) were also high quality. The bathroom has nice deep drawers and lots of closet space to store things. The bedroom also had a very nice amount of closet space with plentiful hangers and deep shelves. It is on the bottom floor of an apartment building (which is so nice to have in Paris, since so many buildings don't have lifts) and we felt very secure, as a code is needed to enter the apartment building courtyard. Around the corner is a really nice bistro that was always packed with trendy young folks (we're older) but we never heard any noise at all once we entered the apartment. Lovely, quiet location. There was every conceivable kind of shop you would want or need within a few blocks in several directions--food stores, bakeries, restaurants, delis, and even a dry cleaner. The Metro is only a couple of blocks away, easy to find and use. For the price, it was an excellent choice! 01 June 2017 - 19:45:00

We were impressed with Bella Citta from the moment Miguel arrived to show us around. He is a charming Spaniard who speaks perfect English (and apparently French, Italian and a smattering of Dutch and Portugese) and showed us everything in the apartment and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is somewhat sparse but lovely, impeccably clean and has a fabulous location: just a step away from rue Rambuteau with its lively markets, shops and cafes and a minute away from the Pompidou Center. The company who manages the apartment was also great. When we were forced to leave a load of clean clothes in the dryer because the door malfunctioned and we could not open it, they offered to send our clothes back to the U.S. at no cost to us. We highly recommend Bella Citta. 10 May 2017 - 10:48:00

We were met by Agnes promptly at noon and she spent time explaining everything about the apartment to us for our 10 day stay in September. We also got the map out and Agnes told us which metro lines to use to access many of the sights in Paris. The apartment was off a courtyard so no stairs, and was very clean and spacious. The queen bed was comfortable and there was a window we could open to let fresh air in. The living area was a combination kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, small fridge, washer & dryer. There was also a large flat screen TV with 4 English news stations. We were a just few minutes walk from a metro station. We also made use of a Paris Metro app which made getting around super easy. There were many shops and restaurants close by, as well as a bank machine. We met both the landlady and Dana the housekeeper and they were both friendly and attentive to our needs. We can't say enough about the Paris office which was just around the corner and how helpful they were. They called a cab for us the last day to take us to the airport. Merci beau coup! We loved our home away from home and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. 11 October 2016 - 18:06:00

First let's chat about apt. Great location, nicely furnished. Silent. One of the best Paris rentals we've stayed in. Now for the not so good, management! No one to meet us arrival. We were told to wait for the company rep and hour and a half in the cold rain after the long flight from FL. First thing from rep, you owe money for taxes and security. Rented in Paris at least 10 times and never asked for more than stated funds on arrival. Told every other "owner" was breaking the law. Told Cable service didn't work and cable would be repaired by 17:00. 5 trips later in the next 24 hours, cable never did work. Lost sinc from host. Notified management several times, no response. Could not watch tv. Combo oven/microwave was impossible for us to operate. Contacted management several times begging for instructions. Never responded. No microwave! Under any other conditions, I would so recommend this apt., after dealing with this company, all I will say is beware. Paul Gurney and Tom Dean. 17 January 2016 - 18:33:00
