Considered to be the among hippest, most fashionable, art gallery-infested, and Shoppers Paradise, this is the iconic "SoHo" This unique location is reminiscent of a tree lined street in Paris. ALSO: The house is one of the oldest in lower Manhattan (1835) and is in great shape but is definitely quirky. The Kitchen and Bathrooms are all new but some of the bedrooms & living room are older and funky. If you love an European/Old-world style! If you are into Soho chic/slick style, this is not the best option! It is an amazing house and people love to stay here! European/old-world charm. Some of the floors are uneven and the walls a bit tired , and we like it like this!
