We very much enjoyed our stay! Christine was friendly and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was great to be so close to everything! 14 November 2016 - 14:18:00

My husband and I had a great stay. Alec and Christine are great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed before they left. They had snacks ready for us and a booklet with information on things to do and places to go. It also had tips, such as using the Via app to get $6 flat fee taxi rides anywhere. Also, we forgot an item at the apartment and they were kind enough to mail it to us! The location couldn't have been better. It's a 2 minute walk to Times Square and the apartment is just one floor up. We walked everywhere, it was very easy. The 24-hour deli convenience store next door was also a nice plus. We would definitely stay here again! 18 September 2017 - 15:29:00

Christine is a wonderful host. She is easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. Her apartment is in a great location, close to Time Square, Central Park, restaurants, the theater. We had the apartment to ourselves, it was just the two of us, so we had plenty of space. We enjoy staying in an apartment versus a hotel so we have access to a kitchen to prepare breakfast and snacks. Pictures are accurate. We would definitely stay again. 05 November 2017 - 15:16:00

This is a great location. We didn't get to meet the host, but everything was clean and nice. Would stay here again. 22 November 2016 - 23:57:47

The apt is tiny, and only big enough for 2 people. The size is ok but the owner didn't really clean up AND there's a roommate in the 2nd bedroom who comes and goes whenever. We weren't informed about the roommate...he just showed up one night. It's hard to find a less expensive option in Manhattan, though. 06 November 2017 - 19:19:00

Christine was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host--especially when our flight got delayed 3 times. Great location for a quick stay. 18 December 2017 - 20:52:00

As expected of an NYC apartment, the quarters are small. Private bedroom with full size bed, hallway-turned living room and tiny kitchen (even though you prob wont use it). The room is a good size, however it is extremely cluttered with an ungodly amount of clothes and shoes. I thought there would at least be 1 drawer that we could use to store our things but despite the multiple dressers, there was no open space. Also, the table in the open area is barely standing.. it toppled on us one night during dinner.. food and drinks everywhere :( Christine provided us with towels for our stay and has a detailed guestbook that is useful for information about the apartment and the city! The location is phenomenal! Its less than a 10 minute walk to Times Square, you could easily make trips back and forth from the city to the apt throughout the day. There are cool restaurants and bars nearby, including Momsa breakfast joint who had the BEST chicken/waffle Ive ever had. The apartment as a whole is small, old and cluttered (not dirty) but the location made up for it... it was definitely worth the price. My stay was great, my OCD was just triggered the whole time haha. Its a great spot if youre a broke college kid like me and want to experience the city for cheap! I would suggest a purge of clutter so the place has a little breathing room.. a drawer would be very helpful. 05 January 2018 - 22:51:00
