We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The apartment looked like we thought it would based on the pictures. The living area is small, but was perfect for our family of 4. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was really nice and fun to walk around. Access to NY is indeed very easy with the PATH train (and it's also walking distance from the Statue of Liberty ferry departure). It should be emphasized that the owner requests quiet from the occupants. I felt a little nervous about that, but since we have two small children, we just went to bed early so as not to disturb neighbors in the evenings. Although I never met the property manager, she was very responsive in emails. I would definitely stay here again were I to be in the area again. 20 July 2016 - 13:50:06

Stayed for 3 days with family. The location was good and host was great in providing information and communicating. The place itself was very small and has 1 bathroom that can hardly fit a person. We had problems with the bathroom door not closing and we had no privacy when going to the bathroom. The AC unit was leaking water and the water was dripping. Not worth the price for me. 10 August 2016 - 00:25:24

The apartment is a little bit small for 7 persons but has a good location, near the path to go to NY. When we arrived, it wasnt ready but I communicated with the owner. She communicated with the housekeeper and they shortly restore the situation. 09 August 2017 - 15:39:00

The apartment was nice, clean and pretty well kept. The first impression from outside the building left these Midwesterners a little concerned. It seemed like a shady area to us but turned out to be enjoyable. The 3 nights and 4 days we stayed there were safe and lots of fun. 14 August 2017 - 12:34:00

Apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Having the sofa bed in the lounge really helped us (especially as five of us). Location was great for restaurants and bars - Newark Ave is only one street over and has a plethora of choice - some awesome eating places. Its close to the Grove St PATH - so could access NYC ok. Viktoria was very accommodating - letting us drop our cases off early etc - really helped seeing we were travelling in from another part of the states with lots of cases. 10 October 2016 - 02:03:00

It was very good decision to stay in Jersey city, not in Manhattan, to investigate a New York. We have got much deeper feelings of New England in Viktoria's apartment, then in any hotel. Apartment is very comfortable, equipped with everything, what you would need for normal life. For us it was even more important, because we arrived by airplane and could not take all those little things like napkins, soap, salt etc with us. We could buy it there, but it would be so pity to waste time for such kind of sopping. Location of apartment is also perfect. It is situated in walking distance to Path train, to ferry to Manhattan, to Liberty park. There are even a lot of public parkings around for reasonable price. I can only recommend this place. 06 September 2017 - 19:42:00

Cute flat in really good location. Beds were comfy and decor was pleasant, but bathroom was a bit grubby. Street parking was hard to find tho, and overnight parking garage is not cheap 30 December 2017 - 20:39:00
