Stayed at this condo and had a great time. Lots of space and nicely decorated. We came down from New Brunswick to this awesome rental with zero regrets. The owner was very friendly and helpful with telling us about things close to the condo such as restaurants and how to find the subway. The condo has plenty of games to keep entertained and has a cool industrial feel to it. I would not hesitate in staying here again in the future. It's located conveniently close to the subway and has parking. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants lots of space, privacy and a cool environment. 06 February 2014 - 14:11:39

I have been coming to the MTL Grand Prix for the past eight years. I usually overpay for a crummy hotel room NOT THIS YEAR. This place is ideal for any group of 4 or more who wants to stay together, have fun, and save a bit of money in the process. All of the amenities are top notch and Stephans hospitality is stellar. I must admit that this listing looked too good to be true when I saw it, but rest assured it is 100% legit. I highly recommend giving it a shotbut not grand prix weekend I already have dibs for the next 10 years right Stephan? ; ) 13 June 2014 - 18:42:40

Location was great for sight seeing because you are close to downtown and Old Montreal and very close to the Metro. I was travelling with teenage boys and husband and we were never bored because of the pinball, ping pong and pool table. The place was spacious and well equipped. Stefan was great at responding to everything! Great Wi-Fi and there was satellite TV. Everybody had a happy stay! Thanks Stefan! 22 July 2014 - 15:40:15

Finding a good place for 13 guys for a bachelor party at a reasonable price, where we can all stay together is no easy feat. This hit all of the check marks for us. Having the games in the loft was very cool. This was so much better than staying at a hotel (either in separate rooms or in a couple of suites). We could all hang out together during our downtime and it was pretty close to everything we wanted to get to. I bet we would've done a lot more walking had the city not been hit with a winter front that weekend. That being said, we were able to get taxis (through Uber) pretty easily. Stephan is super friendly and easy going. All that you could ask for in a host. Great place to stay for a bachelor party. All of the boys were impressed with the loft. 09 February 2015 - 21:45:07

You've probably already seen what the place has to offer based on the pictures. I can not count how many times I heard one of the guys in our party say: "This place is perfect!". It was perfectly adequate for our needs. We played a lot of games and Stephan did everything he could to help us. We took a lot of taxis (which sometimes had some issues finding the address quickly due to the one way orientation of the streets) and we also walked five minutes to the subway so quick access to the city. We had a really good and memorable bachelor party and I would suggest to anyone who is going to Montreal for a bachelor party to book here. Word of advice, if you put 400 warm beers in the fridge at once, you had better get some snow for the sink. Some of the guys complained we there was no sports network (ex. TSN, RDS) on the cable TV and the some speakers didn't work? but who cares, we had a lot of fun. We left a big tip for the housekeepers. 04 March 2015 - 22:49:11

Straight forward and legitimate man that cares about the ones that lease his loft. Id highly recommended his property, and also his expertise and advise as to the lay of the land. Thanks again, man, you're good life. 19 June 2015 - 01:06:05

Came here for my buddies bachelor party, couldn't have found a better place to stay! Easy access to the subway to downtown and quick access to food and bars. Park across the street if you have kids, Stefan is here to help you out. Love this place a lot of space for a big party. Great outdoor patio! Look forward to visiting again! 20 June 2015 - 01:41:08

The condo is exactly as advertised, we stayed with 3 adults and 1 child (3yrs old) for a week and we had a great time, location is great (5 min walk to the subway) and parking is included if you rent a car, Stephan is a great host very responsive and helpful. The condo itself is very comfortable, it was quite hot for a few days when we were there and the condo stayed nice and cool. Our little guy really enjoyed the games, favourite by far is the air hockey. If/when we go back to Montreal would stay here again for sure. 18 August 2015 - 19:38:52

Absolutely perfect loft for a bachelor party. Lots of fun stuff to do, host is laid back and super helpful. Place is pretty much party-proof, yet can still comfortably sleep >10 people. No complaints at all - very happy with our decision to stay here. Thanks Stephan! 18 January 2016 - 20:33:54

We had 8 people here for the Blue Jays game / bachelor party. Its hard to keep that many people happy, but this loft had it all, to do just that. The location is nice and close to the subway. Stephan was helpful and very easy to deal with. We will definitely look at this location again next year. Thanks Stephan. 03 April 2016 - 23:31:04

Guys if you are looking to throw a bachelor party in Montreal The Loft is the place to stay. The style and look of the place is really cool. But most importantly the owner Stephan is amazing very helpful showed us how to get around gave us tips on what to do. The place is like a Dave & Buster with style, your 5 to 15 minutes away from any part of the city on the orange/red line. When we weren't out enjoying this great city we were still having a great time at The Loft. Your boys talking trash you have a bunch of activities to shut him up in. Pool, air hockey, foosball (soccer & hockey), Poker & a pinball machine. Wait I am not done right across the street you have a park with basket ball courts and a soccer field. So throw up tackle or b-ball in the morning before partying is always an option. Listen I am going back in the summer and guess where I am staying, THe Loft.. Thanks a mill Stephan, see you soon. 16 April 2016 - 14:21:24

If you are looking for the perfect place for a bachelor/bachelorette party this is it! I have used VBRO for many vacations but Stephan was by far the nicest and most helpful. He takes the time to go over the map of the city and how to use public transportation, local hot spots and is available for any questions during your stay. The Loft is located in a great area with plenty of great places within walking distance as well as being less than 15 minutes from downtown. Everybody on our trip agreed it was the best bachelor party they had ever been on. The house has plenty of room for a big party and you can't beat all of the activities in the house. It was great to pre-game while playing air hockey, pool and fooseball. We loved Montreal and are already planning our next trip to The Loft in March. Thanks again Stephan and we will see you again next year! 26 April 2016 - 02:40:04

This spot was great! For a group of 12 ladies in Montreal for a stagette this spot was ideal. The outdoor seating area was a favourite for us. Stephan was friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for large groups. 24 May 2016 - 14:43:24

We were here for an extended time over the Christmas Holidays to watch the World Juniors in Montreal. Stephan was great, answered texts promptly and offered valuable advice on the area and the city, even bought us a new fridge (old one was acting up). The loft is cool for teenagers and maybe a bunch of guys or girls who want to hangout and have a get together, but there is no privacy at all. The beds were comfy and the shower was really nice. The open concept is nice and roomy and the games were awesome and fun. Location is great 10 minutes walk to Metro and 15 minutes ride to downtown. Our stay was in the dead of winter so we didn't get to enjoy the patio, but it looks nice. 14 January 2017 - 23:41:49

We (10 guys) had a fantastic weekend staying at the Loft for a Bachelor party. Stephan was extremely responsive and helpful, the Loft is very well equipped and clean, and there's plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. The kitchen had all the essentials, and more; we managed to make several huge meals for all of us without any trouble. Parking was very easy, our group had 3 cars and had no trouble finding spaces (one is included in front of the loft). All the games were in very good working order and there was plenty for us all to do while we hung out. We even ended up dodging the cold and spending a night in the loft and it was one of our best. I'd absolutely recommend this place for a large group of people who want to use the spot as a launch-pad for going out, a place to crash, or a fun space for a large group to just hang out. The loft was walking distance from several good restaurants and bars (recommended by Stephan) as well as a short ride from downtown. The Loft was everything we needed for very successful bachelor party weekend. Thanks Stephan! 10 March 2017 - 02:25:00

We were a big group of 15 who came in right after a massive snowstorm, which was a bit of a logistical concern. Luckily, our host, Stephan (aka "The Coolest Guy in Montreal") had cleared the snow in front of the Loft and set up all the sleeping arrangements for everyone. And it didn't stop there: Stephan had plenty of local recommendations, was very responsive to any of our concerns and took care of anything and everything we could possibly need (Literally everything). The place itself is awesome. Very spacious with plenty to do (pool, air hockey, pinball, fooseball), and the kitchen was fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Be that as it is, you don't have to cook because there are plenty of places to eat/drink/hang out/party in the area, and it's extremely convenient to get downtown. It's been two days since we left, and I already miss it. Everyone had a great time, and our trip is especially unforgettable thanks to Stephan! 21 March 2017 - 17:11:00

Could not have asked for more staying here. For starters, Stephan is super easy going and easy to talk to about ANYTHING you have questions about. He was able to offer us more help than we needed since we had a local friend up there and had a few guys in our group that visited Montreal before, but if we had no other resources we still would have been completely covered by Stephan. The place is like the clubhouse we all dreamed of having as kids. We had as much fun in the house as we did exploring the city. It might not be for everyone, but for a bachelor party I can't imagine anyone having any complaints considering the price, host, location and lax environment. The couches are comfortable to sleep on if you have more than 12 for the bunk beds. In fact, a few of us slept on them instead of climbing into the top bunks. Plenty of extra pillows and sheets, enough towels for a big group. I'd suggest maybe bringing quarters since the washer and dryer requires them, but we didn't need to wash anything. Everyone claimed their towel and was fine for the weekend. The location is great. There's a gas station within walking distance where you can get the basics (beer, beverages, snacks, coffee), a few places to eat and bars also. We went to All the cool night spots are short uber rides away, but there are a few fun things to do in the area. Bar Le St-Edouard is a nice, somewhat fancy bar very close. Elio's Pizzeria has a deceiving name. They do serve pizza, but it's a very nice sit-down restaurant with a great menu. I had the most expensive dish on the menu (I won a bet) and it was still very inexpensive. Fixe's breakfast brought us back to life after a long night. Can't imagine there's a much better breakfast anywhere in Montreal. Bruno's Sports Bar allowed us to take over almost the entire bar to watch the NY Rangers game. Not the greatest place, but they allowed us to bring food over from the fast food joint next door and be as loud as we wanted. If you've got a rowdy group and want a quick stop to regroup and plan your night, not a horrible option to have. Stephan is really the main attraction though. He's set up a great place for the boys to have fun. Looking forward to using this place again in the future, even with a smaller group. Thanks Stephan! 10 May 2017 - 19:57:00
