An excellent apartment of approx 70 m2 suitable for small or larger families, a business trip or during relocation. It is located in a quiet street just off Staveley Road in Chiswick, London underground Zone 2. It is 1 minute walking distance to the train (Chiswick Rail) and 20 minutes walking distance to the Tube (Turnham green, Chiswick Park or Gunnersbury stations) . The apartment is 15 minutes tube ride or 20 minute Taxi ride to central London - Traffic Permitting (Trafalgar square, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, Waterloo, Buckingham Palace, Tate Galary, National Galery, Harrods, Selfridges etc ) and 15 minute taxi ride from Heathrow airport. The apartment is situated in a purpose built development on the second floor. It includes a well proportioned lounge/family room with a dining area and a dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso Coffee machine, Kettle 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet & basin 1 second bedroom with 2 new single beds (bunks) with high quality new mattresses and bedding. There is 1 main bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and washbasin. The apartment is also equipped with tumble dryer, folding wall mounted ironing board, Hoover, Steam Iron , Hair dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, Kettle, flat screen TV, DVD, high speed wireless internet, Fire Alarm, Carbon Monoxide alarm. Fresh bedding, and Towels are provided. The apartment has been recently redeveloped and redecorated to a contemporary style and is in immaculate condition. It has LED lighting throughout with dimmer switches in Living room, bedroom and hallway. The furniture has been carefully selected by interior decorators The apartment is located 20 minutes away (on foot) from Chiswick high street, which has numerous convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee-shops and various stores. The apartment is right opposite Chiswick House Grounds and is a short drive to Windsor Castle (and Lego-Land) There is also a small convenience store right by the apartment (1 minute walk), and a larger convenience store 7 minutes walk away. There also a number of take away food outlets (India, Chinese etc) within a few minutes walk. They all provide a delivery service too. There is a Taxi (Minicab) office right by the apartment so you can easily, safely and cheaply order a Taxi at your convenience. The apartment is also excellently located at short driving distance from Heathrow Airport and Gatwick airport. This makes it an excellent solution for families relocating to London for business purposes or business people on short/medium term assignments. Check In Time= 14:00 PM , Check Out Time= 10:00 AM There is free parking available.     Cet appartement, trs fonctionnel et dans un environnement prserv nous a permis de passer une petite semaine Londres dans un confort trs apprciable. La proximit des transports pour aller dans le centre de Londres et l'environnement de cet appartement sont vraiment des atouts prendre en compte lorsque vous allez visiter une grande ville comme Londres en famille.     The apartment is in great condition and well positioned for big days out exploring London. Two floors above ground and with only two other flats in the building below you affords pleasant views and security. Lisa gave us great information about local amenities and there are nearby transport links including bus and train (direct to Waterloo). Our boys really enjoyed the bunk beds and the bathrooms have been updated to a high standard. In this part of London the flight path for Heathrow is never far away so if I had any improvements to suggest it would be to refurbish the window seals as some are not as snug as they could be. The only other note would be there was no peeler or strainer in the kitchen but Lisa did say the kitchen was due for refurbishment soon. The flat also benefits from an allocated car park and Lisa was great to deal with in terms of communications throughout the booking process and our stay.     Appartement clair, vaste, 2 salles de bains neuves et trs agrables, au calme (nous avons entendu un seul avion!). Nous n'avons pas pris le train (la gare est vraiment trs proche) ni le bus pour aller jusqu'au mtro, mais c'est une possibilit si l'on veut moins marcher. sinon, on peut y arriver en traversant le parc, et la visite de Chiswick House est vraiment un must. Accs simple et rapide de nombreux lieux de visites (Hampton Court, Kew Gardens + des Houses malheureusement fermes l'poque de notre sjour), et la ligne District qui permet d'aller partout dans Londres facilement. Trs bon accueil de M. Itani (je suis dsole davoir oubli votre prnom), Lisa trs ractive par mail ou SMS, produits mnagers (lave linge, lave vaisselle) ainsi que th caf etc. Place de parking rserve.     Sehr schne Wohnung: unmittelbare Nhe zum Bahhof, schn eingerichtet, schne Lage, gute Betreuung vor Ort durch Vermieterin (war trotz unserer Versptung noch vor Ort).     Voil maintenant deux fois que nous louons cet appartement et c'est toujours avec beaucoup de regret que nous en partons tellement il est agrable. Lisa, sa propritaire est au petit soin pour ses invits. En plus du caf, du th et des produits de premire ncessit, nous avons eu des fleurs et des chocolats en cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour sa disposition, sa propret, sa situation gographique par rapport aux transports en commun et aux curiosits de Londres.     The apartment is in a very good neighborhood with an easy walk to the train station and groceries. The nearest tube station is a bit farther so we took a bus each day from a very close stop.     We stayed at this apartement for 2 weeks and it was great. We were 2 adults with a 16 and 11 year old kid. The rooms were great. It was good to have a bunk bed for the kids. It was spacious enough for a family. The kitchen was ok for people on holidays. We used it for breakfast. To prepare lunches for the road and snack for the evening. The location is great. it's between 2 underground station and 2 differents buses will take you to Turhnam Green station. Really easy to get to Heathrow. Nous avons sjourn cet appartement pour 2 semaines en aot. Ce fut trs agrable. Appartement confortable dans un trs beau quartier. Vous trouverez 2 autobus pour vous rendre la station Turnham Green.     This apartment is in the perfect location for a family with kids who like to walk to nearby parks and hop on public transport to explore the city. The train and bus system is less than five-minutes walk and the Chiswick High Street is an easy 20-min walk or 10-min bus ride away. Lisa is extremely responsive and accommodating, giving us advice about nearby attractions and making our check in/out process easy and convenient. The bedrooms are comfortable and we loved having full wardrobes and laundry facilities for our stay. The living/dining room is comfortable and light. The only reason I can't give the apartment five stars is the kitchen. It is not equipped for more than making breakfast and it really needs a deep clean. Luckily the supermarkets in Chiswick have lots of ready-made meals because we relied on those when we wanted to eat at home.     We spent 4 great nights at the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and very nicely decorated. It's located in a very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. The location is very convenient either if you have your own car (there's parking facilities) or if you use public transport as it is five minute walk from the train station. There are many shops nearby to do your basic shopping. The park in front is an incredible plus, it's awesome. The hosts were very helpful. All the information needed to move around was in the apartment. We highly recommend staying in this apartment. We hope we can come back in the future. 12 August 2016 - 17:55:17

    My two children and I stayed in the apartment 5 nights in October. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bathrooms very nice. Living room sofas are great for putting you feet up after a long day in London. Bus E3 will take you to the tube station in a few minutes, so getting around is very handy. The next door park is beautiful, and has a nice breakfast caf. Lisa was very quick to fix a light switch that stopped working during our stay. We advise all guests to make sure the washer is left open after use, or else humidity will cause mould. Also the windows tended to get damp unless we aired out the rooms regularly, probably due to the cooler season.     We had a wonderful time in Chiswick. Lisa is very helpful and friendly. The flat has everything you need for a family vacation in London. It is very closed to a busstop. From there it takes you about 30-45 min to be in the center of London. Its quite except of the planes which are crossing to Heathrow. 10 October 2017 - 15:27:00

    The apartment was spacious and suited our needs. Train station from London is nearby as are local buses with good access to the Underground system. Bathrooms are clean and modern, and the double bed is comfortable. The downside is the rest of the apartment is in desperate need of cleaning - the carpets are dirty, the fabric sofas are uncomfortable and dusty/old, the kitchen cupboards are sticky and the clothes washer is full of mould.
