Imagine an Ibiza-like beach loft in the cultural heart of Amsterdam. Nice and quiet in one of the most upscale area's in the best city of Europe. It really does not get much better than this. It is a romantic get away for two or a wonderful home if you have small children. This recently renovated house is at a stone's throw from the Museum Square with the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum. Just take a look at the pictures and you can already imagine yourself relaxing here after a day of exploring Amsterdam. Either in the bathtub or the garden, the living or at the kitchen table. This 110m2 home was designed with ingenuity for joyful and relaxed living. The way the living space with the grand open kitchen organically incorporate the garden into the whole is quite unique and makes for a lovely atmosphere that reminds one of relaxing at the beach. This feeling you will also get in the master bedroom where the bathtub is integrated into the bedroom. This is better than a grand hotel suite, believe me. The location is also perfect. You can basically walk everywhere from here: for instance to the Van Gogh-, Stedelijk- and Rijksmuseum (3 minutes), the Canal belt area (15 minutes), the Vondelpark (5 minutes), the Leidseplein (15 minutes), the P.C. Hooftstraat (7 minutes). If you are not too fond of doing a lot by foot, there are many trams that will take you to the more northern, west or east part of the city. Tramstops are all within a 3 to 5 minutes walk from the house. But taxi's or an Uber car are never far away either. The house has two floors. The ground floor with the open space where the living and kitchen are situated. The kitchen overlooks a garden, where in the summer one can hang out till the sun sets around 10pm. On the second floor the master bedroom is a delight with the fantastic designer tub and the amazing king size bed. The balcony is lovely for a romantic breakfast. You will love it here. Explore Amsterdam’s Museum Quarter and uncover a neighbourhood that’s home to some of the world’s most important artistic and historical treasures, chic dining experiences, many of the Netherlands’ fanciest shops and also one of the best-sounding orchestral concert venues on the planet.
