About listing

The flat is on the 4th floor with a LIFT with wonderful views over central London–really, it couldn’t be better. The flat has two double bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. Hardwood floors throughout. There is plenty of cupboard space filled with dishes, glasses, and silverware. The bathroom has a tub and a shower over the tub, wash hand basin, and loo. The living room has an open plan with lounge on one end and kitchen on the other–perfect for family life while visiting London. Wonderful to include a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and cooking supplies. There is British television and Internet. If you want to visit London and stay “in the midst of things,” this is the right place. The flat is bright and cheery and above all, it is WELCOMING. Nice property. I would be very happy here, I assure you. 5 night minimum for most reservations. 3 nights considered within 30 days of arrival. Discounted monthly prices available.

13 November 2016 - 15:25:00
  3. Beautiful flat in a great location. Close to Leicester tube station and theatre district. There are many restaurants close by. The letting in went smoothly. There is a market about a 10 minute walk away. We had a great time, 21 September 2017 - 15:56:00

This flat is spacious and comes with everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Londons West end. The location is great and the flat is sparkling clean and comes with everything you will need for a comfortable stay in London. This is good for families or two couples traveling together. Several great restaurants and pubs steps away. Close to Leicester tube station and easy access to London buses, etc. We had a lovely stay in this flat and will be back next time we plan a trip to London. We only stayed 1 week but this would be ideal for extended stays 06 October 2017 - 23:57:00

We loved the flat. It was convenient and easy. Very helpful that there is a lift. Would recommend to anyone! 17 August 2017 - 15:36:00

Very well locate close to almost everything by walking, but very very noisy at all time! Service was great from initial booking to the driver and the person welcoming us. I would book with London connection again for sure. 02 July 2017 - 19:07:00
  7. We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The size of the apartment was just right for our family of 4. The front bedroom had a lot of street noise, but we were just fine with earplugs or being worn out from a day of sightseeing. I would definitely book the apartment again. 18 March 2017 - 11:52:00

The flat was perfect for 3 of us (one couple and mother-in-law) during Xmas. We could walk everywhere (South Bank, British Museum, Regent Street) The flat had everything you need, very clean and the back room very quiet, plus it was warm and cosy even though quite cold outside. The front bedroom had triple glazing and we could hear the odd wail of sirens (being so central), but it didn't bother us. We found the toaster not working and it was replaced with a new one within the hour. Highly recommend this flat if you want to be in the middle of it all and professionally looked after. 07 January 2017 - 13:26:00

Our family of four stayed in Gloucester Mansions for a week in early November. The flat could not have been more centrally located. Front bedroom was a bit noisy (to be expected given the central locale!) but the back bedroom was shockingly quiet. We were able to walk to lots of tourist spots or hop on the nearby tube to anywhere we wanted to go. Tons of restaurants nearby, including several that appealed to picky 7 and 9 year old boys! And the entire staff at London Connection was amazing. Great communication at every possible step of the process. We would book through them again without reservation. 29 November 2016 - 00:59:48

We had a wonderful visit to London and the flat in Gloucester Mansions was perfect! Situated just between Leicester Square and Covent Garden, we were right in the middle of everything. Weekend nights are a little loud but the air is filled with energy and this is where all the action is. We looked out our window to the theatre where The Commitments is performed, and walked out the door practically into the theatre where Stomp is performed. We purchased discounted tickets at TKTS for both of these shows and they were both awesome! We definitely recommend getting The London Pass which provides entry into most of the sites visitors would want to see and the Oyster Card which makes getting around London via the Tube and the red double decker buses very easy. Just riding around on the bus is a great way to view London. The London Pass app provides the tube and bus schedules as well as descriptions of all the local sites. The London Pass also includes a deal for free cell phone during your stay which would have been nice to know about, and 5 pounds to spend at a souvenir shop, The London Crest. A boat ride (also included with the London Pass) down the Thames to Greenwich to see the GMT was a great thing to do on our first full day there. Sitting on the upper deck of the boat enjoying the sunshine for an hour while listening to the captain narrate about sites along the river, followed by lunch at a pub and a short walk to the GMT, was a nice relaxing afternoon and allowed us some time to recover (with a short nap on the return trip to London) from our jet lag. Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, London Bridge, Kensington Palace, the London Eye, St. Pauls Cathedral, were all beautiful. Be sure to see the Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace after viewing the changing of the guards. Consider going to hear the organs being played at the Abbey. And relax and enjoy some pastry and tea or a late lunch in any pub. A week visit to London was perfect! Being greeted at the airport by our driver and then at our flat made arrival so easy. And our driver back to the airport was so nice and friendly, he felt like family. Thanks so much for all your help with the arrangements for our London vacation. 30 April 2015 - 19:04:25

The Gloucester Mansion flat was perfect for our first ever trip to London. It was centrally located, just a couple minutes walk from the Leicester Square Underground station, within walking distance of China Town, Covent Garden, The National Gallery, West End Shows, Trafalgar Square and much more. Restaurants and great shopping abound in the area. Try eating at Scoff and Banter on Monmouth Street for great British food. Ricardo, who met us and gave us keys, was wonderful. He familiarized us with all the amenities and answered all our questions about both the flat and London. The kitchen allowed us to spend much less on food and the washer/dryer allowed us to pack fewer clothes. We couldn't be happier with the flat, your service and the great price. If we ever travel to London again, we'll be calling London Connection! We couldn't be happier with your service! 06 July 2016 - 21:23:13

Our family of 5 stayed in this flat for a week in June 2016. It was excellent! Flat was beautiful, full of all the amenities needed for our family. We ate all our breakfasts and suppers here, were able to launder our clothes.. Grocery stores were only a short (10 minute) walk away. Easy walking to tube stations, coffee shops, restaurants, theatres, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square , even British Museum. Great to be in the middle of everything. (Go to Udderlicious Ice Cream and Monmouth Coffee). Front bedroom a little loud at night, but that's London! Back bedroom was lovely cool and dark so kids slept very well. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! 30 August 2016 - 14:44:14

If you love the West End theater, the Trafalgar museums, and the Covent Garden area shopping and dining , the location of this flat cant be beat. We saved time and money on the underground by being able to walk to 90% of our destinations. And it was so comfortable to come back to this super clean, poshly furnished flat at the end of long days, before doing it all again. Loved the large shower/bath space and the good quality beds and sheets. All appliances were as advertised and in working condition. The energy of the theater crowd was exciting, but glad to have brought earplugs and a sleeping sound app for the one bedroom, even though its got triple panel windows to reduce the noise. Looking forward to returning here for our next theaterland trip. 27 October 2017 - 12:27:00

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The place was clean and very comfortable. The service both from the driver who picked us up at LHR and the gentleman who let us into and showed us around the flat was outstanding. However, the best thing about this flat was the location. It is a very short walking distance Leicester Square and Tottenham Court tube stations. Plus you can easily walk to Covent Garden, or Piccadilly, or even the British Museum in ten minutes or less. There is a plethora of restaurants in SoHo and Chinatown. It was perfect. There were dishes and silverware, both of which were clean. There was a laundry machine and a dishwasher, which were easy to use. If I had to pick one negative, it is that the flat can be a bit noisy. But, even with the noise, I would no doubt stay here again. 28 November 2017 - 12:43:00
