This two bedroom, two bathroom flat has a modern, clean appearance. Situated 5 minutes from Earl's Court underground station it was a quick and easy ride to all the attractions vacationeers want to see in London. After dealing with the crush of people at the sites it was a welcome retreat to unwind and rest up for tomorrows adventures. Also close to pubs, grocery stores, banks, etc. The owner was a great host, quick to answer questions or concerns. Would stay here again, no question. 05 June 2017 - 20:53:00
  2. Needed 2 sets of keys which was remedied and besides the info letter and suggestions, some London books on sites plus maps and tube lines would be nice. Otherwise a good experience and would recommend. 03 July 2017 - 22:18:00

Our family traveled from the U.S. for a family vacation in London. Robert was the perfect host and maintained contact with us before and during our stay. He promptly returned all emails and quickly answered our questions. This spacious two bedroom, two bath flat was ideal for our family of four. After long days of sightseeing, it was nice to return to accommodations that provided the space for everyone to relax and rejuvenate. The flat is located close to the tube and has several great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend! 28 June 2017 - 11:27:00

This is a truly awesome apartment in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to Earl's Court tube, so easy access to both Heathrow and into the city on Piccadilly or District lines, also very close to the V & A, Natural History Museum, Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Excellent shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The flat is Incredibly spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, and a huge open kitchen/living room area, very bright and modern and beautifully decorated and a big flat screen TV with cable. Wifi was excellent and the lift is a huge plus. Robert was an awesome host, and responded immediately to my email when I couldn't find the hairdryer. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Fantastic stay!! 10 June 2017 - 19:13:00

It was a great flat. Good neighborhood, close to underground, grocery and restaurants . Good for four people. Landlord was very quick to answer all inquiries and questions before and during stay. Only suggestion we have is to have instructions available for use of stove, dishwasher and dryer. Coming from the US we were unfamiliar with how to use these appliances. Definitely would rent again. 23 July 2017 - 22:05:00

My husband and I shared this apartment with a friend for a week, and we were all very pleased with it. It is comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed, including the owner's advice and recommendations for places to eat, transportation, etc. The neighborhood is quite nice, very safe and convenient to public transportation. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and you can walk to Kensington Gardens. The owner was helpful and responsive to our request for extra keys - although I would hope he will make some copies, people don't always stick together when they travel. Overall, our stay here was highly satisfactory, and we found the property to be exactly as advertised. 19 July 2017 - 17:50:00

We stayed in Rob's flat for 9 days beginning on September 5, 2017. The flat was clean, extremely well outfitted, and completely as shown in the HomeAway/VRBO listing. Rob was especially easy to work with and always prompt to answer questions. The location is great as it is near everything you would need. It is less than 10 minute walk to Earl's Court Station, for the tube/underground that can take you anywhere in London. We purchased Oyster Cards before we left home,so we had them to use for the tube, immediately. The 2 bedrooms and the 2 baths were all we needed, and we found the washer and dryer easy to use. We found the flat to be very quiet and the kitchen/dining room/living area was spacious. Although we didn't use the TV very often, it had SKY TV and more channels than we could use. Along Earls Court Road there are several good pubs, a Boots pharmacy, a couple good grocery stores. - M&S Foodhall & Tesco, as well as a couple of wine shops. I would recommend Rob's flat to anyone coming to London who needed 2 bedrooms/2 baths. A great value and a comfortable flat for your stay in London 14 September 2017 - 01:19:00

My wife and I, along with another couple (close friends of ours), spent 6 nights at this fully renovated and modern apartment in the Earls Court area of London. The apartment is part of a multi-unit four story building (referred to as mansions). It's on the 3rd floor and is very quiet. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment itself is very bright and spacious with high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, plus each couple having their own large bedroom and bathroom. There is a large living/dining area and modern kitchen that we were able to use each morning for coffee and breakfast before heading off for the day. Several grocery and wine stores nearby. The Earls Court Tube Station is about a 5 minute walk away (connecting you to all of London) and very safe to get to/from. To get to Trafalgar Square and the heart of the tourist area would be about a fifteen minute ride on the Tube. We walked to the Museums (Exhibition Street) which took about 20 minutes but its a a beautiful short stroll through South Kensington with its tiny shops and boutiques. There is a great vibe in the Earls Court area with a number of great little restaurants and pubs nearby. Recommend La Pappardelle and Noor Jahan for Italian and Curry respectively. Also, across the street is The Troubadour Pub which has hosted the likes of The Beatles, Joni Mitchell, Eric Clapton and many others over the years. We had fish and chips there one evening and the food was quite good, as was the Hendrick's Gin & Tonic. The apartment owner Robert was extremely helpful, courteous and prompt in all dealings in advance of our stay and while there. As frequent travellers, we would recommend this apartment and would book again when we return for another visit to London. Ian & Rosalie Oakville, Ontario, Canada 01 October 2017 - 16:49:00

This flat in the Kensington area of London was perfect for our family of 4. The flat was very close to the tube station and made getting around so easy. Rob was great to work with prior to check in and also during the check in process. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking to visit London. 07 January 2018 - 20:59:00

Great place to stay in London. Wish I could give it 5 stars but beds were definitely not king size and had a couple issues (water heater set to summer mode so cold showers one evening/clothes dryer took forever to dry/some hot nights and no A/C) But the flat is updated and very bright. Close to the underground. Enjoyed meals at La Parpadella and Noor Jahan. Robert was awesome taking care of any issues and responding quickly to any requests/questions. I would recommend buying a couple fans to use on warm nights. We had a great time on our vacation! 05 June 2017 - 20:48:00

The lockbox to obtain the keys to the apartment was 2 blocks away in a park. Kind of a hassle when you have several pieces of luggage with you and it is raining. Arrived to find damp used towels hanging in the bathrooms. Had to rummage around to find clean towels while laundering all of the dirty ones. Not the way to start a vacation. Had to ask whether the bedding was clean or not. Very minimal amenities provided. On the plus side, the apartment is very quiet, the bedroom windows face an internal courtyard. It feels safe and is within walking distance to a tube station and restaurants. 14 July 2017 - 10:35:00
