Everything was perfect. Matched perfectly with our arts related agenda. Close to all the major galleries and several museums. Quiet location just off main street. Clean. Washer and dryer were a plus for our 9 day stay. Would definitely return and recommend. 30 March 2017 - 14:04:00

This apartment is a jewel box, a designer doll house. It is elegantly furnished and impeccably decorated. It is also equipped with everything one could possibly want or need. The bathroom is large with sleek modern fixtures. I loved every minute of my stay here and was sorry when it came time to leave. The apartment is small and compact but since I was traveling alone, I felt completely at home. I'm sure a couple would also find it comfortable but a family might find it a tight fit. It is on a quiet side street not far from the Picasso Museum and the neighborhood has every amenity one could want. I highly recommend this cozy apartment. 25 November 2016 - 18:41:00

The apartment is splendid. It is light, airy and very quiet with every convenience. Very tastefully decorated-well finished but with a personal touch that made it feel like home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a good notebook provided by the owner on how everything works in the apartment. The bed is very comfortable, pillows are very top quality as the linen. The Marais is ideal for fabulous food and bars and easy to get to all the museums and sights. The owner, Daniel, is an extremely friendly man and did everything to ensure our stay would be very pleasant. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. 24 December 2015 - 14:57:00

This apartment was a privilege to stay in. It is undoubtedly the finest accommodations we've had, be it a hotel or rental property. Every detail was exquisite, from the bed linens to the artwork. Daniel has done an amazing job providing his guests with detailed information about nearby restaurants, etc that makes you feel like a local. We feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in such a lovely place and hope to return in the future. 29 July 2016 - 01:26:00

Great place for 2 people. Modernly updated bathroom with large shower (washer/dryer and appreciated the hair dryer) and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), and very comfortable bed. Lots of bright windows looking over rooftops above a courtyard, where you can see the sky. Although on the small side, it was perfect for us. Lovely antiques, comfortable furnishings, and wifi to write home to people at night. Enjoyed having access to a TV to watch the news around the world, and the stereo reminded us we were in Paris with some wonderful classical radio stations. Daniel was a wonderful host. He gave us accurate and easy directions on how to best get there from the airport (takes a bit over an hour), and met us at the bus just a short block from the apartment. He showed us around the area, which really helped us to feel at ease. He also had maps/business cards and recommendations for places to eat/visit around the area. The nearby market and fruit/veg shops, cheese, chocolate and wine - everything so convenient. And, Daniel knew we wanted to do a special side trip to the Vimy Memorial, and did some research for us on the best way to get there. We didn't go as the weather was too rainy and unpredictable, but there were even umbrellas available for our access. As a result, our first trip to Paris was wonderful - even more-so because of where we stayed. I didn't want to be in the tourist areas, but have the opportunity to experience every-day life in Paris. This was a perfect location to allow us to do this, while still being close to everything. We almost overlooked the Picasso Museum, which is just steps away. It was worth the visit. We also visited all the other tourist attractions and were not disappointed. It was great to be able to come back to the apartment and recharge our batteries, and cook a meal if we wanted to. Having breakfast at the apartment (after a quick trip to a nearby bakery for fresh traditional baguette, pain au chocolate, and quiche) worked well for us to start our day with a perfect pot of tea. (Coffee was available, too.) Thank you, Daniel, for sharing your winter home with us. It was a pleasure to meet you. Linda & David 19 May 2017 - 00:59:00

Quiet, well appointed apartment perfectly located in Le Marais close to shopping, cafes, Picasso Museum and the Metro. The pride of ownership is evident. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants an authentic experience in Paris. The owner is very helpful and provides many recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit. It was a lovely stay. Can't wait to go back. Anna Toronto, Canada 04 November 2017 - 15:07:00

I stayed here for a week with my son. The owner met me promptly and was extremelty gracious (had a bottle of wine waiting as a welcome gift!). Te apartment is in excellent condition, extremely well kept and clean. The shower is large and had very good water pressure (not always the case in Europe). Perfect for a couple or good friends/family wiling to share a bed (only sleeps two). The location cant be beat (Le Marais, down the street from the Picasso Museum, and within easy walking distance to Metro Stops. We easily walked to Notre Dame (10 mins) and there are excellent shops, cafes and restaurants everywhere. The apartment is on a quiet street and there is an elevator in the building. I highly recommend it! 25 November 2017 - 13:59:00

Merci Beaucoup for everything! We had one of our most enjoyable stays of our many trips to Paris. In part because we LOVED this apartment. It was perfect in every way, the attention to details, the quality of the bed linens, the location, the lovely owners thought of everything. We usually stay in the Rive Gauche, but have decided we really like this neighborhood, the Marais. We cannot say enough for the wonderful hospitality and generosity of Daniel for sharing this elegant Paris Apartment. 12 December 2017 - 17:49:00

I absolutely LOVE the apartment!!!! It is in a building with a lot of character in a very centralized location and nice neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised that the apartment is actually bigger / larger in person than what it looks like the the photos. It is very elegant, sophisticated, tasteful and has lots of attention to detail. I love that it is also very quiet. This was my first time to Paris and staying at Daniel's apartment made my vacation even more special. I would definitely want to stay at this apartment on my next trip to Paris. I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend. Thank you Daniel! 09 January 2018 - 19:08:00
