My husband and I spent 5 nights in Paris in May, 2012 (and longer in France and Belgium). We have stayed in Paris on at least 5 other occasions. We wanted a location that was centrally located, near the subway stops and was quiet. This apartment was that and more! We look back longingly on this apartment stay as a highlight of our trip. There are a number of small grocery stores in the area for food shopping and several good restaurants in the area. We are not big on night life, so we cannot address that. However, we love walking and being so close to the Eiffel Tower Place Parc du Champ de Mars was superb! We loved the sliding windows and doors on this unit and the fact that it faced out onto a square with offices, meaning it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. We loved being able to drink large quanitities of coffee in the morning in our apartment before heading out for the day (never have been taken with small espresso cups). It was easy to go off for a day of sightseeing and get back to the apartment. Although we were on a busy street, the unit faces to the back. It is a nice, fairly weathly residential area and people are out with their dogs and jogging in the morning. We would definitely stay here again. 03 October 2012 - 02:23:27

We rented this property this past summer and found it to be a wonderful choice for our family of four. The location is perfect - with the Eiffel tower and it's lovely lawns just a couple of minutes away. The train stations were close by as well, as was a taxi stand at the hotel next doors. There were some charming bakeries as well as some well stocked convenience stores nearby. There was also a variety of restaurants all around. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, well appointed and very comfortable for us. The children enjoyed the games and we appreciated the tourist guides that were so thoughtfully provided. The wireless internet connectivity worked well - something our tech savvy kids could not have done without. Working with Vacations in Paris was a pleasure - they are helpful and efficient and kept us well informed. All in all - a great experience. 02 October 2012 - 17:12:12
