The train station is located on the other side of the city centre and is a 10-15 minute walk or quick bus ride. We are travelers ourselves and we know how difficult communication can be in a foreign country and that transport delays can occur. For this reason, we have a locked keybox check-in system that will allow you to arrive at a time that suits you (within our advised times), without needing to stay in contact with your arrival time. We are readily available to answer any questions you may have and have included a neighbourhood guide of recommendations in the local area both in the house and in the Hospitality section of this website. You can also find answers to many questions you may have provided in a guidebook inside the house and on our page on Facey /CharmingHouseHaarlem Other Things to Note: Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests when booking, as we have additional charges for more than 2 guests, including children. We have additional costs and cleaning times and taxes, so we appreciate your honesty and fairness. We also have a baby-bed for hire at 20 euros per stay. Sorry, we cannot accept any pets. ***Please be aware if booking with children or elderly people, that we have very steep traditional dutch stairs that may prove a mobility issue. Please see the photographs as a reference before booking. However, we have had many senior guests and children that haven't found this to be an issue and embrace them as part of the charm of living like the dutch. :)***
