Deborah was a great host, she gave us ideas of where to eat and what to do during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty. It was nice to have a lot of room. I would stay there again. 30 June 2016 - 17:23:00

Our host, Deb, was available by phone and email and she was excellent. We had multiple trips into Manhattan- plenty of subway stops nearby. Kitchen is recently remodeled next to a large dining room. Great place! 28 August 2016 - 11:34:00

The place is close to all the trains and Deb was quite polite. I'm very glad I picked this place. 18 May 2017 - 09:24:00

This place was very clean and in a pretty nice location. The kitchen was very nice and updated. The only draw backs were the slow draining bathtub and no TV. We weren't really in the apartment for long periods of time to watch it anyways. But the apartment does have WIFI. All in all, a great price for this place. Deborah was available the entire time and very friendly. 24 November 2016 - 01:06:00

This was a family trip with three kids in tow. The apartment was roomy and clean. Air conditioning worked well. However it was not turned on before we arrived. The owner met us upon arrival and gave us the keys. The kitchen was equipped with dishes and silverware and we were able to eat several meals at the apartment. Evrything you need is in walking distance. Grocery, restaurants, laundry. There are subway entrances in both directions from the apartment that will get you pretty much anywhere in the city. The owner lives on site but stays to herself and I am sure if we had needed anything she would have been happy to help. There is street parking and you do have to move to the other side certain days. Just look at the signs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. This was a great place and we will stay here again if we ever come back to the east coast. 07 August 2016 - 17:43:00

Stayed there with a group of 7, was provided with clean sheets, towels, and more than enough room to sleep comfortably. The area is nice, and it's located next to some food joints and a couple of stores. Everything you need is an easy walk away. Subway is easy to get to! I kept in touch with Deborah throughout the weekend just to make sure that myself and friends weren't being too loud for the people beneath us, but no complaints at all. Not that we were trying to be loud, but we were getting home very late. I would definitely stay here again if I traveled with a big group. I recommend!! Thanks Deborah! 30 June 2016 - 18:35:00

Run, do not walk, from this disaster! The neighborhood is run down, you won't want to walk anywhere! Inside it looks like a hostel or shelter. Three beds are in one room together, no walls, no privacy. The bedding and towels look like they came from Goodwill, old and raggedy! The "dining" table is a cheap folding table and chairs. No sofa, no easy chairs, no end tables and NO TV! Could not stay even 1 night in this nightmare! 29 September 2016 - 02:11:00
