Wonderful big 1BR in the heart of Ft. Greene, near dozens of great restaurants, cafes, and bars, situated a few blocks from all the subway lines you'll ever need. The space has great light, high ceilings, and a great work space. It's the home to a touring musician who's often out of town. The space This space is pretty magical. It's on a quiet block, but close to plenty of lovely spots ranging from affordable Mediterranean food to fancy craft cocktails. The bedroom is huge by New York standards, and has a comfy full-size bed, and a lovely drafting table perfect for writing, sketching, and computer work. The front dining/living room is nice for meals and listening to music (there's a sound system with an aux cable for phones and laptops). There's a cozy couch there which converts into a highly respectable single bed. The kitchen is simple but functional, and you'll have access to cooking supplies and appliances (coffee grinder, french press, knives, pots, pans, slow cooker, etc.). The bathroom has a tub and will be stocked w clean towels. Guest access The entire apartment, which is the second unit of a four-unit brownstone (the garden apartment is below and two stories are above). The neighbors are nice. Interaction with guests I'll often be out of town while renting the place, but my landlord and downstairs neighbor Albert and/or neighbor Don will be available if you have any questions or concerns.
