I enjoyed my visit to New York more because of my experience at this nice condo. Quaizar and his son were very helpful and did all possible to make my stay a pleasant one. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Street parking is limited but subway stations nearby makes this an ideal place to stay. I would stay here again when visiting New York City! Aloha & thank you Quaizar! 13 December 2012 - 18:07:17

We rented a studio with a bedroom at Mr. Ibrahim Keyzar during the week. We very like. The owner - a man, friendly and welcoming. Immediately, with the understanding respond to any request. Housing in good condition. The recently renovated. Furniture, equipment - in order. Sometimes, problems with Wi-Fi, but Keyzar them corrected immediately. Quiet area. Metro station just a short walk from the house. To the center of Manhattan's subway ride to an hour. On departure, the master ordered a taxi driver from the community, which is just good and relatively cheap took us to the airport. Thank you, Mr. Keyzar! If you get together in New York, will contact you. And others suggest. 15 December 2012 - 08:49:48

My husband and I stayed in this studio apartment for a week and half with our adopted newborn son. The apartment seemed a little small at first, but we found that it was easy to access anything we needed quickly because of the compactness. The bathroom was very updated and it was great to have appliances like the toaster oven and refrigerator. The owner, Quaizar, was very helpful and nice. Whenever we had an issue, he took care of it right away. The washer and dryer are coin operated and were downstairs in a shared area, which was fine, but was a little unclear in the listing of the property. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and was cleaned once while we were there. I would recommend this apartment to a couple that wants to stay in the Queens area. 12 March 2013 - 16:01:42

We spent 9 nites at this cosy, comfortable, clean oasis home away from home. Upon arrival it was wonderful to see that quaizar had supplied for us bread, milk, eggs, juice, coffee and bottled water! Nicely renovated...wonderful full body shower! Dish network tv for some down time. Quaizar was very accommodating and very proud of his rental units. Living upstairs he was quick to respond to any needs we had. Short 3 min.walk to subway and 25 min to the city. We found it very quiet and highly recommend this unit.. What a wonderful time we had! Thank you Quaisar and Fatima! 17 June 2013 - 20:12:02

My best friend and I were very pleased with our accommodations as this was both of our first trip to New York. Mr Quaizar and his wife were wonderful, they were so accommodating and I didn't worry about anything. The entire rental process was excellent, he answered my emails very promptly and it was a real pleasure to stay at their place. The complimentary water, orange juice, bread, eggs and milk were an amazing treat since it was very hot the week we were there. The place is very comfortable and it was cleaned nicely, I loved that! I also referred this place to others that may be visiting New York, the 3 min walk to Parsons Blvd Station was also convenient. Mr Quaizar and his wife were the perfect hosts even though this is a rental property, I didn't feel like I was renting for the week, I felt like a guest staying in his home!!! Thank you again for everything Mr. Quaizar I will definitely stay at your place if its available the next time I visit New York. 04 July 2013 - 19:59:30

We stayed in the unit for 8 days this past September as we were working as staff for a major Film Festival in NYC. It was a nice rental, quiet and clean upon check in and the owner was helpful. Entry to the unit was secure and gave us comfort of knowing that no one else could enter the unit without knowing the passcode for the door. The owner provided simple amenities which was of great help, because who travels with Paper Towels, Kleenex and TP no one, but we all need the items! I would recommend this unit to someone who was staying an extended time in NYC and was familar with the subways and comfortable with Queens and Briarwood as a whole. Having lived in Queens for 2 years I knew what we were getting into. Also within a few blocks were a Drugstore, and the greatest of all breakfast options, Dunkin Doughnuts. A short walk away is the F train stop which goes Express into Manhattan and runs all hours of the day and night. 03 October 2013 - 17:05:37

My bf and I stayed in this apartment for the first three days of our NY trip. First off I'd like to thank Quaizar, the owner for being so prompt in responding. He gets back to you right away (like literally, five minutes after I emailed him) it was really appreciated since on other trips using VRBO I have had owners who are horrible at responding. The apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. He also provided us with bread, eggs, orange juice, milk and water which was great so we could make a quick breakfast before we'd head out for the day. The subway was a short distance away and neighborhood was quiet and felt safe but make sure not to walk too far down past the subway, the area gets a little rougher. We went to NY to see the SF Giants play the Mets and the Yankees so having the subway right there was so convenient and after long days it was so nice to get back to the cozy apartment. The only complaint, which is minor is one of the shades in the bedroom kept falling (very light weight so didn't hurt just scared me big time! haha) Other than that, it was great and I would definitely consider staying here again! Thanks Quaizar! 11 October 2013 - 01:55:25

Me and My gf stayed here for the holidays for 8 days, the apartment is cozy and just enough for 2 people, having things like microwave ,stove and fridge is a big help. The room comes with internet tv which was cool since we out of towners didn't really want to see local news . As everyone mentions quaziar is a very cool owner, he drove us to the local mcdonalds on the first night since we came in late and had no car ...again thank you! If you ever need anything from you he will be right there to help! As for the surrounding area there are plenty of mom n pop stores to buy food and drink and other stuff, yes the buy subway is a small walk around the corner which only becomes a problem at night when you have to go up the hill lol but other than that everything was great!!! thank you quaziar! 27 January 2014 - 08:10:08

My husband and I stayed here on Friday night and then a friend joined us on Saturday. Quaizar was very welcoming and had the refrigerator ready with milk and eggs and orange juice and bread which was very nice. He also helped us get a car service from the airport which is much better than a taxi. The location was a short walk to the subway which we used to go all the way to Coney Island and then back to Manhatten and then back to Queens. We enjoyed our time there. Thanks Quaizar. 03 November 2014 - 21:03:17

If Manhattan is not your thing and most certainly do not travel as I did from Jersey. Then, perhaps, this lovely little apartment may be perfect. Located in a heart of vibrant ethnic neighborhood, a stone's throw from JFK. This truly a nice little gem. I stayed here with my two small kids and I found everything that I needed was in the apartment. The owner ensured that I had a fully stocked larder because there is not a good supermarket very close to the apartment which was most helpful. Immaculately spotless and clean, with the owner there to provide every need. Made staying in New York a pleasure, about two blocks - although up a biggish hill (not San Francisco big) - from the Subway make this a prime location. Furthermore, cannot go wrong with its proximity to JFK. However, rather far Manhattan and the nightlife that is there as Queens is considered a suburb of NYC proper. Quite a few good eateries are around the apartment but mainly Spanish in a predominantly South East Asian neighborhood. Streets were safe and quiet. Apartment sleeps 3 - two sharing a bed and one on a pull out sofa. Many thanks to the host for providing such a wonderful apartment. 31 August 2015 - 19:39:53

It is my belief that the most important aspect of any rental is the host. I have stayed in many VRBO's and AirBnBs. By far, this host is the best. He is always accessible, flexible and attentive to your needs. He has checked if I needed transportation and even dropped me off where I needed to go. I always rent from him when I come to New York and will always rent from him. He has multiple locations so even if this unit is too small, send a message and tell him what size unit you need. You won't be disappointed. I have stayed in six different of his units from a four bedroom to a one bedroom unit. I highly recommended him. 10 May 2017 - 18:11:00

The apartment is comfortable. It has everything we need. Besides, it is only two blocks away from the subway where you can catch the F train, to go to Manhattan, in about 15 minutes. Also, Q25 bus, bound for Flushing, stops nearby to pick up or set down passengers, very convenient indeed! There are provision stores in the neighborhood too! All in all, my stay in the apartment is great, and I have no hesitation in recommending it to all who look for a comfortable and reasonable place to stay. On top of that, the owners, who are married couple, are very caring, helpful, and friendly. They always wish their tenants to be happy and comfortable during their stay.
