This condo was the perfect place for my family and I to stay! There was plenty of room, updated decor, and a beautiful view of the course. Thanks you for your hospitality! 25 April 2016 - 16:11:32

This is a stylish golf villa in a terrific location if you want to play Great Waters golf course. There is a back deck overlooking the tree lined driving range that has a BBQ. You can walk to clubhouse and pool. Soaking tub in master is great after long day on the course. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and Bruce is easy to work with. 06 September 2016 - 15:57:00

Overall we were satisfied. The unit is older, but in good shape. Short walk to Great Waters clubhouse, pool, or marina. It was nice to have a back deck/patio, and having the driving range as your back yard to run around on was great with a 3-year old. We weren't home a lot, but it was very quiet, we rarely saw any neighbors or people coming or going. The major disappointment was the master bed mattress. It was so soft that I couldn't sleep on it after the first two nights. My back was killing me, after those first two nights I slept on a single bed in my 3-year old's room. Also, the master bath water pressure was very poor. It was very easy dealing with the owner/agent, they were very responsive and helpful. 28 September 2016 - 20:56:00

We needed more space for our visiting family and this cottage was the perfect answer. It has a wonderful open floor plan with lots of light. It is very roomy and cheerful. The kitchen is well appointed. It has a beautiful view from the porch. And it has a great location within walking distance of the clubhouse pub and pro shop! The next time family descends on us we definitely hope it will be available! 25 August 2016 - 15:02:00

Overall I would recommend. Nice unit which is nicely furnished and a great location backing up to the driving range at Great Waters. Easy walk to the club house and lake. Had one issue with cleaning on arrival and owner was contacted and was very responsive and made it right. I would stay here again. 09 February 2017 - 13:40:00

Super cutely decorated and best of all, they guys loved chipping the balls from the yard back into flags on the driving range! 10 April 2017 - 14:52:00

We loved our stay at the golf cottage. The decor is great and overall very welcoming and relaxing. The golf course view and the neighborhood are wonderful. It would be nice to have wi-Fi as we were out of towners who weren't experiencing great cell phone reception. Thank you for being great hosts and sharing your property. 12 December 2016 - 17:24:00

I enjoyed my stay so much I will be back in the near future! It's a beautiful little cottage, with lots of room, and a full kitchen to utilize. The driving range is located right out the back of wh cottage, and you can literally walk to the range and hit balls until your arms fall off. You can also chip to the different "greens" on the range right from the back yard. The bedrooms are big, and the bathrooms are very nice. The decor is as if you are on the beach, and it's a very home-y feeling. The dining table is family style with benches as the seating, so it has true Southern Charm. The only thing I regret is that my family couldn't make the trip with me. I went to Greensboro for a Conference, and am so glad I chose to stay here instead of a hotel. A great location, close to the lake. Th walks along the lake are beautiful and very calming. I can't wait to go back! This time for a true vacation! This would also be a great place to stay for a golf buddy vacation as well. Close to all courses. Thanks Bruce for opening your cottage up to me! 06 June 2017 - 23:11:00

The cottage was great and in a very convenient location - It was nice being right on the driving range. The decor was nice and cozy. The only negative was the master bedroom mattress was not comfy. 23 July 2017 - 15:23:00

Loved the cottage, even though it was more than what I needed for my son and I (the two of us were there for a jr. golf tourney), but the location was perfect. The cottage needs some TLC. Am listing the stuff here more as an FYI to the owners than a criticism --I know how fast time goes by and the to-do list always grows with property ownership. .....Master bath tub doesn't drain well, so we used the shower in the other bathroom; lots of old stuff left from previous guests that needs to be tossed, e.g. powdered coffee creamer that has gone hard from the humidity; front porch light out; toilet seats partially broken and one of them barely flushes; small TV's with generic remotes that don't enable a channel listing - annoying with satellite TV and you have to scroll through endless channels to find the one you need, and then can't directly input that channel number to get back to it; old dusty magazines on the coffee table; etc. Basically, it's been a while since anyone has really gone through the place. Also needs a deep cleaning and pest control - on first night (very late) we were greeted by two centipedes in the master. I found out by going after them - under the bed, behind the bed, etc, just how dirty the place is. It was not a great way to start our vacation. The second night we were greeted with a cockroach in the dining room when we came back from the tourney. Lots of dead gnats, bugs and a spider sitting behind the faucet on the sink in the second bath. The carpet in the master needs a deep shampoo or replacing, it's pretty bad. We also ran across lots of stuff left by previous guests - clothes hanging in the closet, a toiletry kit in the bathroom, etc. One thing that bugged me was the American flag was displayed in the flag holder in front of the unit. In owners defense, not everyone knows the flag should not fly at night unless illuminated. So I took it down and put it inside the unit. It's pretty clear the cleaning crew/prop. mgt of the unit is lacking in effort and attention to detail. We only used the master bed (my son did not want to sleep in the second bedroom after the centipede episode). It was very comfortable, and the sheets were excellent. Again, we really liked the cottage, the location, the price, everything except mentioned above. We would go back if the above is addressed. 10 October 2017 - 18:51:00

Unit was dirty and in marginal shape. Stairs entering and porch were dirty and moldy. Back porch the same. Chairs and tables on back porch were filthy, as was grill. No hand towels. Carpet was stained. Closet was in bad shape, with clothes visible, hangers on floor. Bathroom drawers were filled with old bottles of soap that had leaked. Have never rented unit that asked that towels be washed and replaced. Very surprised and disappointed with condition of unit. All in all, the worst experience we have had with rental unit. 23 October 2017 - 21:45:00

Beautiful golf cottage! My family stayed after a Georgia game and had a wonderful time! Beautiful, updated decor. Comfortable in every way. Immaculate. Ate dinner at the clubhouse and had one of the best burgers ever! Owners were very easy to work with - I hope to stay there again very soon. Highly recommend!!! 21 September 2014 - 22:26:58

My wife and I enjoyed staying in this cottage. Decorated well with quality furnishings. Actually gave us a few design ideas to take home! Great peaceful location near Great Waters clubhouse and lake at Reynolds Plantation. We enjoyed some great sunset walks in the community and on the lake. Great value and provided the comfort of a home! 15 August 2015 - 16:03:08
