About listing

Location and exquisite renovations make this home a one of a kind get away in Quechee! This townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, plus a sleeping loft within walking distance to Lake Pinneo. The updated kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings and beautiful hardwoods throughout the living areas feels like a retreat the minute you walk in the door. The two queen sized bedrooms and a bunk room finish out this space. You will only be a chip shot from both Championship golf courses (Highland & Lakeland), next to private tennis court and a short walk to the Quechee Clubhouse, Lake Pinneo Beach, indoor/outdoor pools and the Ski Mountain. If scenic walks are not your preference, you can be on the ski mountain or the first tee in less than 10 minutes! Please visit the photo gallery and picture yourself enjoying this lovely home!    Quechee has so much to offer 12 months of the year, including downhill skiing, Nordic cross country, snowshoeing, paddle tennis, sleigh riding and ice skating in the winter and golf, tennis, swimming, hiking, fishing and boating the rest of the year! State of the art fitness facility is open all year round. Dining is top notch from Simon Pearce to the Quechee Club and Quechee Inn, as well as many casual, family restaurants! Quechee is convenient from all areas of the Northeast and is centrally located between the beautiful towns of Woodstock, Vermont and Hanover, New Hampshire, home of Dartmouth College.  Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with cultural sophistication.   Galleries, unique shops, museums and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available in both towns. Killington, Pico, Okemo and Suicide Six ski mountains are all approximately 15-45 minutes from Quechee and most offer first-class skiing, mountain biking and other year round activities.

We had a lovely stay at this townhouse for Thanksgiving. The place felt larger than the pictures, the kitchen was very well equipped with multiple sets of fun dishes and glassware to set a pretty table, and the whole place very clean and new. The beds were comfortable although none of the bedrooms had black out curtains, which would have been nice. Would rent this place again. 27 November 2017 - 20:39:00
