LIVING ROOM Access the house onto the small hallway and go up a flight of stairs where you will find the living room at the end of the corridor. This room is fitted with 2 sofas, a coffee table, a TV and a fireplace, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The room is decorated with lovely pieces of artwork and the windows look over the garden. One of the sofas can extend to sleep 2 people comfortably. KITCHEN The kitchen is located next to the living room and is fully equipped with the all the necessary utilities, including gas hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. DINING ROOM The dining room is filled with natural light coming through the bay windows and is located on the left hand side as you reach the first floor. The room is fitted with a table for 4-6 people nicely placed by the fireplace and the stylish sofa. STUDY This cosy study features a desk by the window and shelves, perfect for working, studying or just relaxing with a book. FIRST BEDROOM with en-suite bathroom This charming bedroom is situated on the right hand side as you reach the first floor, just next to the study, and offers a comfortable super king sized bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing table and a fireplace. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a WC and a walk-in shower. SHARED BATHROOM This immaculate bathroom is finished in neutral colours and wooden furniture, providing a relaxing, warm environment and is fitted with a single wash basin, a WC and a bath tub. SECOND BEDROOM This bedroom is located on the second floor and features a double bed with views of the outdoors and the TV. At the back of the room is a study area and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, a WC and a single wash basin. GARDEN The private garden is fitted with a table and chairs, perfect for meals al fresco. House Rules: No smoking, pets or parties.
