Freshly painted in August 2017 The space You will love it because of the neighbourhood and proximity to the city but you’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the spaciousness & the great, modern kitchen and bathrooms. The warm lounge room leads onto the dining area. To the back of the house there is an internal laundry, kitchen, bathroom & carport off a pretty back lane full of plants. Upstairs on the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms separated by a modern & spotless bathroom. On the top floor is the 3rd bedroom with double bed and dormer windows. There is also a top quality single mattress you can pop wherever you wish if you need that extra spot for someone. All the rooms have fans and fly-screens and the bonus is the bifold door with a full fly screen meaning you can obtain a breeze and fresh air whilst eating at the large kitchen table. The formal dining area has an antique table and chairs and is surrounded by original artworks. The lounge can sit 5-6 adults, in front of the huge flat screen TV. Within minutes you will find a range of cafes and restaurants. Francis St is a picturesque little one way street with lots of Australian native trees with easy access to all you could need on your stay.
