This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London. Located in a very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.     My family of four spent a wonderful stay in London in this absolutely fabulous apartment located in a perfectly elegant neighbourhood, not far from many of the major sites. All were easy walking distance, even for my two children. The apartment itself was more than comfortable and convenient.     It was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Location is awesome! close to all main tourist attractions. Neighborhood is lively with its many grocery shops, restaurants and coffee shops. I srongly recommend the Hungy Donkey, delicious Greek food at a very reasonable price. There is also a nice gastro pub in the same building. The underground station is only moments away. If you are a shopper, there is the lovely Spitalfields market: loads of retailers and nice restaurants. Excellent service, very professional: we ve been sent a full set of instructions once we booked; they ve answered our questions very thoroughly.     Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay in London! The flat had everything we needed during our holiday and the location was perfect! A 5 minute walk to the nearest tube stop and 5+ minute walk to Spitalfields Market which is quite lovely. Loads of really interesting, cool restaurants in this neighborhood too which is very helpful when you don't feel like going too far for dinner. We've been to London four times now and this was our favorite flat. The beds are comfortable too which is nice at the end of a day of exploring London on foot! The flat is in an old building, which is almost always the case as its London! But this flat has charming brick walls which we found really different and interesting. There is a pub just downstairs which had great food too (our first meal was there and we were pleasantly food has come a long way!!). We found the flat quiet.     The apartment was as described. It was roomy enough for the four of us and even a fifth person could have comfortably used the pull out couch. We were shown where extra bedding was located. The two washrooms were adequate and we had no complaints about the cleanliness or the overall condition of the rental. Our host's agent provided us with a quick overview of the apt. and its appliances including the washer/dryer and television. There were some staples in the cupboards that we were glad of. When we arrived there were no lights on the stairs, a problem with a circuit that had occurred just moments before we arrived. This was fixed within the hour. The area itself was full of markets/restauraunts and walkable sights. Being so close to the subway was "Fantastic". Oh, and there were a couple of Tesco grocery stores close by. One was just around the corner and the other, a larger Tesco, was a ten minute walk. We enjoyed the nearby markets and multitude of quick tasty takeaways. Lots of vegan choices as well. The other couple were Vegans, so they were exceptionally happy. We walked to the Tower of London and to many other sites as well. Our score of five stars is based on our overall enjoyment of the apartment as well as the service provided by "Bob and Team", who took care of every one of the small inconveniences we encountered. The team checked in almost daily and wanted to help/correct or assist in any way possible. We've not encountered such good customer service in a long time. We'll check out the properties by "Bob and Team" when next we visit London. Recommended to any group who need two bedrooms and easy access to London's transit system. Tip. If you're taking the express train to Victoria Station from Gatwick, buy your ticket from the money exchange place where you pick up your luggage. Same price, no line up.     My family and I found this place to perfectly fit our needs for our holiday trip to London. The value for money of this place when considering the size and location is just great. The apartment has a nice bedroom, spacious, with a comfy bed. Having separate bathrooms was important. The living room area is nice and pleasant, with a well equipped kitchen and good views. Very attentive managers, always available for any questions. The apartment is on a busy main road, in spite of this the interior is quiet and peaceful in the night.     It has everything one might need and there are lots of nice touches, both in decor and in provisions for a comfortable stay. Me and my family found here everything we needed and our kids were thrilled to find a PS installed. Preparing the meals was easy, as the kitchen was fully equipped, while the nearby market provided with lots of inspiration. This was our first time to London and we couldn't have picked a more perfect place to call home for our vacation. From the moment we booked, Marco & his team made sure we had everything before our arrival.     We enjoyed our stay at the apt. It's close to tube stations Aldgate. Apt manager team (led by Bob) was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. We picked a particularly warm week for our stay so lack of air conditioning was a minor issue, but we bought an extra fan which the apt managers reimbursed us.     A nice, cozy, and clean flat with modern decoration. The location was super central and you wont miss a thing in the neighborhood. There are many nice bars, restaurants for all tastes. Gets a bit loud in the evening but not too much. The space was very good for our family with teenagers. The host is really friendly and also knows some excellent places in London. He definitely made our stay a lot better! We needed an extra plug-in adapter and he advised us promptly from where to buy it. Today we just got refunded for it - very friendly attitude!     Everything was as described. Location was central and convenient to Tube station. The only thing that was a slight issue was that the building next door was under construction, so the only entrance was through the alley.     This was the perfect place for our stay in London! Ideally located in the center of the city. Bob was very hospitable and helpful. This was our first time in London and his team gave us all sorts of tips to make our stay a great one from helping us rent a taxi to the flat, to shortest routes for sightseeing. The apartment is well equipped and quite spacious, but according to the London standard. The bed made the difference for sure! It was ideal for rest after a day of walking downtown.     The apartment was lovely, very Olde England! Even nicer than the pictures! I was there with 2 teen aged grandsons and we all enjoyed it. The kitchen was furnished with everything one would need. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Customer service was perfect before we arrived and while we were there.     After we had arrived in the UK the owner emailed us that this property was no longer available due to construction and offered us a different one, property number 6495636. We took it because we had already paid and did not have time to look around. This is a review of the apartment where we actually ended up, which turned out to be very nice. It was in a different part of town and a little further from the tube station, but was clean, comfortable, roomy, and bright. There are nice restaurants and stores and a tube station station at a large shopping mall about a 10 minutes walk away. There is a big grocery store there, and lots of upscale stores like Versace, Luis Vitton, Tiffany's, etc. Portobello Rd., with its many nice shops and outdoor market is about a 20-25 minute walk. Be aware that if you arrive late, there is a 15 pound per hour late charge, so be on time! 03 October 2017 - 17:08:00

    WE really enjoyed this VRBO! It was a four minute walk to Aldgate East tube. Lots of restaurants in the area. Grocery store close as well. Found an amazing place for breakfast- Trade- 2 minutes up the street. It was exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable with good linens. The couch could do with an update as it is the only piece of furniture to sit on - other than dining chairs! We never could figure out the TV- even with a techy friend we could not get it to work! Frustrating we could not access our Netflix account because we did not have a Play Station account! In fairness we did not contact the management for assistance! For those with any mobility issues they advertise as a flight of stairs up- it is 40 stairs- I would say more than a flight. Fine for us, but might be challenging for some. The hall is very well lit, with hand rails! I would not recommend car service they suggested. We booked 10 days in advance and they very happily took our money. Ten minutes before our flight landed they turned the reservation over to a third party! They did not tell us- even though they had all our contact info. I had to contact them! This all resulted in a 50 minute wait!!! Definitely do not go with Global Transfer Services!!!! I would recommend this place. 09 October 2017 - 19:15:00

    We had a wonderful stay in London. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped for our group of 4. We enjoyed the local neighborhood of Shoreditch and the proximity to two tube lines made travel around the rest of the city very easy.     This is a nice property in Zone 1 at the very edge of up and coming East London. Direct access to the Circle Line tube from Aldgate (a 5-7 min walk) which hits all of central and tourist-focused London. A 3-5 minute walk to Aldgate for the District Line. From Heathrow save yourself money and catch the Picadilly Line to South Kensington station, change to the Circle line and get off at Aldgate and walk. Very easy. The flat itself is above a wonderful and popular bar/restaurant called The Culpeper. There is no AC - but lots of fans and as long as it's not super warm you should be fine. Expect bar noise most evenings which means if windows are open you will hear it - plus the occasional sound of bottles being tossed into the commercial bins by restaurant workers. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. My family and I had windows open (summer and temps around 20-22) and used ear plugs as needed. Honestly, you are in a city environment so I don't find this a negative but rather to be expected. Sirens occasionally come by as well. There are grocery (Sainsburys and Tesco) within 5 min walks and a wonderful breakfast spot called Trade two minutes away. The apartment has two bedrooms with large beds that can hold two each plus a sleeper sofa for 1 (maybe 2). Good and well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer combo (don't overload and we couldn't get the dryer only option to work but it washed and dried somewhat and the fans did the rest). Bob the owner/manager is good at responding and the documentation he sends is very thorough with answer to most questions.     Volvera a repetir, solo encontr un pequeo problema, mi decisin por este apartamento fue entre otros motivos el que pusiera que el propietario hablaba espaol. Pero desde el primer contacto fue todo en ingls y la persona encargada de explicarnos el funcionamiento de las cosas tampoco hablaba espaol, por lo que no pudimos entendernos muy bien.
