    I loved this place. The view was wonderful. The location was very convenient, close to the metro, tram, a small grocery story, and Papa Johns. It was also close to the Dubai Marina with all its restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable. It had everything you could want.     This is a very nice apartment in a great location. Walking distance to metro, Big Bus tour pick up, marina, malls, etc. View from the balcony is great and we spent almost all of the time we were in the unit outside taking in the sights. There's a grocery story and pharmacy less than a block away. The unit is slightly dated, but everything works and is clean. Lito was very helpful and met us within a few minutes even though it was late. 24 hr security. The lighting in the bathroom is pretty low. Very few electrical outlets. No hand towels or wash cloths. These are minor things and the location more than makes up for it. I would recommend to anyone going to Dubai 05 December 2015 - 19:09:00

    The apartment is in an excellent location, a few minutes walk from the Metro train and the Tram network so easy to get about and 10 minutes walk to Dubai Marina Mall, to get to the beach get the tram to station 2, the balcony has a nice view of the Marina with the sea and the Palm Atlantis, the sun is on the balcony from 3pm onwards, we will stay there again. 09 March 2015 - 12:10:52

    We spent 3 weeks in this lovely apartment. The location, the view and the balcony is fantastic. The sea can be reached in a few minutes. One finds in the system Marina Diamonds everything you need. Also a small supermarket which has everything in this system. Marina Mall can be reached in just a few minutes. Ahmad a super nice landlord of a help in all matters. Hernan his assistant is super reliable and very nice. If we travel again to Dubai, we will definitely rent again. 20 September 2014 - 15:23:10

    My family of five just completed a one week stay here and we were very pleased with our choice. The pics are exactly what you get and the living room furniture has been updated. Wifi was super fast and TV worked fine. Hernan and Ahmad were super nice and always accessible. The pool was great for evening swims. This location has superb views of Dubai Marina. You can even see Atlantis. Dubai Marina is right downstairs and has many, many restaurants to choose from. The tram and metro are also a two minute walk and taxis are always available outside too.     Really nice apartment which looks exactly like the photos on this website. Except the view is better! Really stunning. Great location next to the marina with handy local supermarket, kebab and Indian takeaways downstairs. Close to tram and metro. Also not far from the free beach where the sea was lovely and warm.     This apartment was as described, clean, neat, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and location was great, just across the street from the metro and tram station. The only recommendation would be to have instructions on all of the switches for those of us from overseas who are not familiar with the Arab systems. We were unable to figure out how to get the gas for the stove turned on or how to get the hot water in the hall bathroom, each of which required a wall switch to be turned on.     Couldn't have asked for anything better! That view was amazing day and night. If I could have put a bed out on the balcony I would have! Condo had everything you could need and it was extremely clean. We arrived in the early morning and was nervous we would have issues getting in but our key was waiting at the front desk with the security guard and we got right in. Hernan was there the next morning with lots of great information about the area we were in and getting around. The tram and Metro station is literally right across the street from the condo which is easy to use whether taking us to the mall of Emirates to ski or the JBR beach area. A supermarket is right around the corner to grab goodies for the kitchen and a 24hr restaurant next door which was nice since we got in a 230am and we're starving. Food was good!     We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights arriving 30 December 2015. Hernan met us in the foyer after midnight due to a late flight and we appreciated his kindness & politeness on the few occasions we had to contact him during our stay. The apartment is in a wonderful location and within walking distance of many good restaurants, metro stop, tram stop, convenience stores, shopping malls & the view from the balcony is stunning. New Year's Eve was spent on the balcony seeing all the fireworks down by the beach, a great view even if some of the buildings were blocking the view. We enjoyed our stay here but had a few issues that I think need rectifying by the owner. Firstly, the two "double" beds listed in the photos are misleading. The beds we got in the second bedroom were not anything like the beds in the photos listed. We got 2 small single beds. My 16 yr old son is 6ft 2ins so this bed was totally inappropriate for him. I had booked this apartment because it said the beds were double. This is totally incorrect. The owner needs to change the photo or change the beds. The sheets on these beds were so thin my son ripped through one after only spending one night sleeping on it. Hernan apologised and replaced the sheet as soon as we told him. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and the towels provided were of good quality. We would have appreciated some tea towels and some wash cloths as none of these were provided. Although we did ask Hernan, he said that tea towels are not provided which we thought was strange. Makes keeping the kitchen clean slightly difficult. We did appreciate the generous supplies of toilet paper, bathroom hand liquid, washing up liquid & laundry liquid. The washing machine worked well but a note to other travellers - there is no dishwasher or dryer. There is a perfectly good clothes rack and clothes dry quickly out on the balcony. I would have given this apartment 5 stars but they have lost a star due to the photos being misleading. 10 January 2016 - 08:41:22

    Had a great holiday. Location and accomodation were great. Lots of facilities (such as fitness, spa and swimming pool) we have used to the fullest. The Elite Residence is definitely recommended! Both Hernan and Janet respond directly to questions. Upon arrival we had missing items and they were delivered directly (new) to us. We arrived at night and check in this time was also no problem .. we are also very pleased with these two. We can recommend anyone who goes to Dubai this accommodation ..     Wonderful views! Perfect located (right next to metro and tram station). Very good apartment for family. The apartment is very bright and modern furnished.     Dubai Marina is a beautiful modern area with many restaurants and a great walking promenade. This condo was well located there, very close to the Metro.     The location of the apartment in the description of the property is misleading and incorrect. The apartment is not by the Caeefour Market across from the Le Meridian hotel. The owner requested the final payment and the deposit in cash. That is very confusing when it contradicts the instructions given by Homeaway. 28 January 2018 - 19:17:00
