Please note that there is a minimum booking period from 23rd December to 2nd January. We cannot accept bookings with arrival or departure inside these dates for all our properties. This renovated studio apartment overlooks Sydney's Hyde Park. The apartment is light filled, beautifully furnished and has been tastefully renovated. It is within walking distance to the City, Darling Harbour, The Rocks and all conveniences, transport, shops and city landmarks. The apartment includes a Queen bed, built in wardrobes, full linen and toweling and has a fully self contained kitchen including cook top, oven, microwave, fridge. The bathroom includes a bath. The apartment also has a sofa bed for an additional two guests. The building has 24 hour reception. There are two rooftop pools with magnificent views and a gym available to all guests.

    Studio trs bien situ, en face de Hyde Park. Vue splendide sur les gratte-ciel (c'est dj tout un spectacle quand on arrive Sydney). Au centre de la ville : de l, tout les sites importants peuvent tre visits pieds. Une suprette et un dbit d'alcool proximit (mais attention aux prix, plus chers dans le centre). Literie trs confortable. De la vaisselle pour 4 (mais vraiment pas plus) et le ncessaire (mais pas plus). Salle de bains trs basique, un peu rafraichir. Voisin trs trs bruyant une nuitSinon, c'est plutt calme. Sur le toit, un jacuzzi et une mini salle de sports, apprciables. 16 August 2016 - 08:37:52

    This unit was difficult to review. The location of this large studio is great, it's a well equipped kitchen, and the furniture is comfortable and generally in good shape. However, the number of problems we had during our month-long stay wasn't acceptable. The leak from the unit upstairs wasn't the owner's problem and they responded in a reasonable time, but it still involved workers in and out of the unit; this seems to be a problem throughout the building. The air conditioner in the unit needs to be replaced; it went out twice during our stay and one of those times was during some of the hottest days in Sydney. Add that to the window with no latch (you can't completely close it), the non-functioning light fixture by the bed, the burned out bulb in the kitchen that wasn't replaced during our stay, the cabinet door that was coming loose, and the really rough condition of the bathroom tub, and we couldn't give the unit a higher rating. The manager was quick to respond to the major issues but the unit needs some serious work. For what we paid (it wasn't the cheapest unit in the building) we were expecting something in better shape. 24 February 2017 - 12:45:12
