This apartment is extremely well located, just a couple of blocks north of Oxford street & Hyde Park, in the trendy Media & Fashion area of Marylebone . It is within walking distance to many London attractions. The street is quiet at night, yet moments away are some excellent of bars, restaurants and shops, in an area with lots of charm, character and history. This apartment is a perfect central London base. It is a good size one bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom and lounge and sleeps 4 comfortably. The apartment is stylish, modern and has been recently decorated/furnished to a high standard. There is a comfortable lounge with open plan well equipped kitchen with large dining table. The lounge has a flat screen TV large couch and coffee table. The bedroom has a large double bed, with plenty of storage space. There is a cot available for babies. No smoking or Pets are permitted. The apartment is set within a secure period building. With supermarket and local amenities just moments away. The apartment is perfect for business travellers, families and visitors to London and is the perfect base to enjoy central London life, in a vibrant neighbourhood.

    This flat exceeded our expectations - it is located on a quiet and beautiful street only 3 blocks from Oxford Street and Marble Arch tube station. Head north in the opposite direction and you are in the heart of historic Marylebone. Marylebone high street has fantastic shops, restaurants and ambiance. The flat was clean, quiet and comfortable (as were the beds and linens.) The kids loved learning that John Lennon lived on the street!     We had a great time staying here. We were in a great location and it was easy to get around from here. It is close to two tube stations, Marble Arch and Baker Street. Fit three people with ease and it was very comfortable. The only complaint is that it would get hot at night. But other than that everything was perfect! 28 December 2016 - 19:32:00

    The Apartment is located 4 min walk from Marble Arch, nearby Oxford Street. Though it is a basement Apartment, it is comfortable, with enough Space for 3 people.     We very much enjoyed our stay in this basement apartment. Marylebone is a fantastic jumping off point and base for visiting London. It's a very easy walk to Marble Arch for the Tube or buses that go almost everywhere in the city. The neighborhood itself is a peaceful oasis only a few minutes walk from bustling streets and great parks. There are some very nice restaurants within blocks of the flat. I would say it is a very comfortable place for 3 people and a 4th if that 4th is small. It's also a great value. It is not fancy, but everything is in good working order and you are equipped with everything you need. The owners are efficient and well organized. Checking in and out is easy. (Sean and Roberto) For the company, thank for everything, BUT, I'd rather to be reminded that the flat is on the basement. we stayed number 5 flat. And 'number5' is feeled upper or the top of the building in advance.. nobody said number 5 flat is basement flat.. the only thing is this. We prefered to stay upper flats..     We were met at the flat by Sean who was wonderful: friendly, helpful and went overboard to make sure we understood how things worked in the flat, gave us great dining suggestions. The flat was immaculate, roomy and perfect for our family of 4 (2 teens). Everyone had some room to spread out. Great location, felt very safe at night walking around. Considering it is a lower level unit, it was very bright and not at all what you would expect from a lower level. Stairs are a little steep going down so just a heads up if that is a concern. Tub/shower is slippery. Other than that, I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and would stay here again in the future without a doubt. 28 June 2017 - 20:32:00
  10. This apartment was in a fantastic location! If you want to be close to the action in London, yet on a quiet street, this is the perfect place. It was very comfortable and quiet. The neighbors who have a basement floor flat were quite loud late at night two of the nights we stayed. Obviously that's no fault of the people who manage the apartment. The apartment was very clean too. My one recommendation would be to provide a couple extra towels as we had just one per person for the nights we were there. Also please hang a mirror in the bedroom! The only mirror is in the bathroom and you can't do your hair with a hair dryer or curling iron AND see in the mirror at the same time.     Great location, clean, well equipped kitchen. Place is in need of some new furniture. Bed in the bedroom was not comfortable, arms on the sofa were broken. Had to run the water for 3 to 5 minutes to get a hot shower. Wasn't able to get any hot water in the kitchen. FYI, bring your own bath soap, and pick up a package of toilet tissue and paper towels. Very limited supply was there when we arrived. Would be helpful to have a binder with restaurant recommendations and number to call in case of emergency.     We spent 6 nights here with our 5-year old son. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival, and given all the info we needed for our stay, as well as being encouraged to contact the London Life Apartment office if we needed anything - though we didn't to do so. As other reviewers have mentioned, the hot water takes a while to come through, but once we'd mastered it, it wasn't a problem. The trick to getting hot water in the kitchen seemed to be to get it running in the bathroom first. The central heating works well and warmed the apartment through in minutes on the chillier mornings of our stay, The location is fantastic. Marble Arch is a few minutes walk away, as is Hyde Park. There are plenty of restaurants to choose between within a 15-20 minute walk, and 2 or 3 within 5 minutes. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at Boxcar, just down the road. Despite the central location, the road itself is not particularly busy, and the main bedroom being in the back of the building, there was no noise to disturb a good night's sleep.     This rental was perfect. I travelled with my son and his girlfriend, and the size of the apartment was perfect for us. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathroom was very roomy with great water pressure and nice, hot water. The apartment is on a quiet street but so close to restaurants, shopping and the Tube. Roberto provided us with lots of helpful information for our visit.     Nous avons t trs bien accueillis par un agent qui nous a indiqu toutes les commodits alentours : commerces, restaurants, transports... L'appartement est trs bien quip, avec got, tout tait parfaitement propre. Il est idalement situ, 5 minutes pieds de la station de mtro Marble Arch, station sur la centrale line qui traverse Londres.     The apartment is a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, pubs and night life. Located in the new beach area, northwest of the old city, the apartment is a great base location for kite surfing, beach walking and driving to other areas along the coast. In addition to Tarifa, we were able to visit Gibraltar, Bologna and Punta Paloma. There is a front porch with outdoor fireplace, chairs and also an upper deck and roof top access. The space is plenty for a family of four to use for a holiday getaway. Shirley was an excellent host and can recommend many good places to explore and eat.
