Close to public transport and located in a residential area, this Mascot modern apartment is the perfect stay with two bedrooms and one bathroom. My apartment gives you access to local supermarkets, restaurants and convenient parking while providing the perfect ambiance to sit back and relax after a long day out exploring Sydney. The Space: My stunning Mascot is spacious with an open kitchen, dining and lounge area, high ceilings and solid wooden floors. As you enter you are met with a stunning designer lounge with armchair. My large flat screen TV is perfect for entertaining or streaming your favourite movies at night snuggled up on the couch. The sofa also can be pulled out into a sofa bed at nighttime to sleep additional guests. My kitchen is tucked away into the side making it perfect for socialising whilst preparing and cooking up your favourite meals. There are wooden accents in my kitchen and throughout my home. My kitchen also contains high-end stainless steel appliances, microwaves and a dishwasher making it perfect for dinner parties and easy clean-ups. My dining table is large, able to fit four guests for an intimate dinner party. There is also crockery, dishware and complementary tea and coffee located in the kitchen cupboards for your convenience. If you wish, this spacious dining table can also double as a workspace which you may utilise with my unlimited ultra-fast Wifi. My loft-style open apartment also showcases a double bed tucked away into the wall next to my master bedroom. This secondary bedroom contains high-quality linen with high thread count, a comfortable bed and spacious mirrored wardrobe perfect for storing your shopping needs. My master bedroom is located in a separate room containing a large, comfortable bed with more high-quality linen. It overlooks a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the surrounding suburb, perfect for watching the sunset fall. My master bathroom is clean and spacious. It contains toiletries, fluffy towels and a hairdryer located beneath the sink all for the comfort of your stay. My mirrored cabinet is modern and yet provides plenty of storage space for cosmetics. My shower is an oversized rainfall shower head while you also have the option of a relaxing bath after a long day. For longer stays, I also have a laundry and dryer combo tucked away in the cupboard. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. Interaction with Guests: In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone. The Neighborhood: The neighbourhood provides the perfect balance between a quiet residential suburb and all your local necessities, while having easy access to public transport. Access to Sydney’s Airport is extremely easy and close, only an 8 minute drive away or a 17 minute walk away. There is plenty to explore in Mascot with the Ice Zoo Ice Rink and local pubs, cafes and restaurants closeby. This includes Ichiro’s Sushi Bar, Spice Thai Cuisine Restaurant, Curry Craze and a Woolworths supermarket located directly beneath the apartments. Getting Around: Getting around is extremely easy with free parking onsite. However, if you wish to use Sydney’s extensive train line, Mascot station is a mere 6 minute walk away. The train will allow you to explore Sydney’s CBD through the City Circle line, linking to Central station and allowing you to get around both the CBD and main suburbs extremely quickly and conveniently. Other Things to Note: There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance.If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time.
